By far the worst restaurant experience I’ve ever had.
The server was the only redeeming part—she did her best—but the kitchen was a disaster. They didn’t communicate what was actually available and then served us something we didn’t even order, without explanation.
When we brought this up to the manager, he not only refused to take any responsibility, but actually blamed us and smugly claimed he’s never had a single complaint—which is absolutely ridiculous. The pasta was mush, the burger was dry and burnt, and the management was completely out of their depth. An embarrassing excuse for a restaurant.

We stayed at the hotel for a Jets game. All surrounding restaurants were mobbed. Googled the Resto12 & saw a game day special beef brisket buffet. We got seated immediately and enjoyed some of the best brisket I’ve ever had! Lovely fresh salads, plenty of sides and dessert. Great drink special pricing. Our server, Raven was so sweet and bent over backwards. It’s a hidden gem for sure. So glad we found it.

I wasn't very impressed with my first visit here. The place itself is nice, comfy booths and the window view from the 12th floor is cool.
Service was a bit disappointing/unfriendly and the food needed work. I regret not speaking up about how awful the chicken in this sandwich was. The skin/breading was really tough and very hard to chew through, they definitely overcooked it. The flavours in the sandwich itself were really great and complimented each other fantastic, and the portion was huge and worth the pricetag, but the very poorly done breaded chicken ruined the overall experience.
I won't be in any rush to come back, and if I do, I'll be staying far away from chicken and/or breaded dishes.

Food felt average but it's good. Ordering off the menu is the best bet.The attention and service offered by the staff is outstanding.

It was closed and will be closed for two days! Phone first.
We were served by Jade who is a very lovely person. She took good care of us. The special burger we have for tonight is absolutely AMAZING.

Very excellent
We were served by Jade who is a very lovely person. She took good care of us. The special burger we have for tonight is absolutely AMAZING. I definitely recommend to keep this burger on the menu permanently. Best burger for Le Burger Week so far in my opinion. Plus the view was awesome too.

Great food and hospitality, along with unique views overlooking the city made this restaurant one of the stand-outs this year during Le Burger Week. Google had inaccurately listed it as open 24 hours so I arrived when they were closed. The staff went above and beyond not only to serve me anyway but to do so with panache. The head chef proudly displayed his Le Burger entry, and not in vain, for it was one of the best I'd tried.

Ate here on a Monday night. Restaurant was filthy: dust on everything, food covering the carpet, and greasy fingerprints on the windows. Their menus were no exception, old and out of date, smeared with food. Avoid this place.

Did the buffet before a recent Jet's game. Buffet was very good, great service and nice atmosphere. Will go back.

Good buffet, good service.
Had a few hour wait and grabbed a bite. Food was excellent I recommend the Clubhouse Sandwich and fries. The waitress was very nice and service was great. Will definitely eat there again on way back threw.

A friend took me to this restaurant yesterday for their brunch buffet. We were greeted at the door by a pleasant lady who showed us to a table near a window. She asked what beverages we would like as soon as we were seated. The buffet has a good variety of food, but 2 of the containers were empty when we went up (hash browns and scrambled eggs). Plus it was quite messy (a lot of dropped food were on the tables). The syrup for the French Toast are in small plastic containers (think jam packets at a Smitty's Restaurant). Not the quality I was expecting in a hotel like the Radisson. One of the waitresses was talking to the people seated next to us and talked so loudly and for so long my friend and I had to stop talking, because we couldn't hear each other. This waitress did say that the hotel gets bonuses from the government for hiring people from other countries. I had heard this before, but was it necessary for her to broadcast it to the guests in the dining room? This waitress is a new Canadian. Also, if the floor the restaurant is on could be posted by the elevators on the Main Floor, would be helpful. My friend pressed 3 different floors before we found it. This restaurant is OK, but I would not go out of my way to return.
We came here for poutine week. They havea Best View Poutine for $17.99. Fries with tenderloin strips, bothwell cheese curds, rosemary and peppercorn gravy, pickled shallots. We really loved the peppercorn gravy. I imagine there prime rib on the regular would be delicious with this sauce. My only issue was the tenderloins were a bit overcooked for my taste. They were well done and I prefer mine rare.Service was very good.On event days they have a buffet for prime rib that's $21.99. It starts at 430pm and ends at 730pm. IT looks like a very good deal! I want to try this if I can in the future (Time my visit with a game day)
