An average cheese cake - I usually don’t give less that 5 stars as I know how it could effect the small business- I honestly I would rate this cheese cake 2 out of 5 stars - cheers

I liked it, but I’m not versed in the world of cheesecakes. Low on the sweet factor, but light and enjoyable. I’d pair it with a cream or berries or some sort of sauce to elevate the experience. These are subtle flavours relative to store bought or NY cheesecake. I preferred the Ube over the basque burnt.

This is my favorite Japanese cheesecake outside of Japan. Blows Uncle Tetsu out of the water. Their Ube Cheesecake is my personal favorite.
