In all honesty, we came here for a beach club. My boyfriend and I spent the day on the day bed. The beach was covered in seaweed but thats in Tulum/Playa del Carmen wide. Its just that time of year with weather to impact seaweed. The food and drinks were meh, but the service was good and quick to serve us. Music was a vibe. One thing, as a female in my 20's I didnt feel safe using the restroom. Heads up female travellers, men will eye you up in the bathroom and OFFER YOU...

The space is pretty spartan (definitely a work-in-progress) but don’t let that turn you away. The dinner was delicious, the price was reasonable, and the service was excellent. Special note: Sunday evenings, home roasted Eritrean coffee (roasted in the dining room!!) with ginger is served. AMAZING!
