During my recent lunch break visit to this establishment, I purchased three coffees, a dozen donuts, and a Philly steak and cheese sandwich. I found the coffee to have an unusual taste, and upon further inspection, I observed that the cream used in two of the beverages was curdled. Additionally, I noted that a staff member placed the donut box on the floor while selecting items. The sandwich I received was both soggy and cold. Consequently, I cannot recommend this location, as it proved to be an unsatisfactory use of both time and resources. My attempt to address these concerns with the location directly was met with a dismissive response, suggesting that such issues are commonplace.

Disappointing. Went there twice today. My breakfast wrap was wet, soggy and covered in oil it soaked through the paper it was wrapped in, I had to throw it out. The Bismarck donut I got tasted like it’s at least 2 days old; the icing soaked into the donut and it was so stale. 2 weeks ago our office got a box of donut holes which were all stale! What is going on, I know you’re trying to save a buck but quality control is horrible!

Service was good and the breakfast sandwich and biscuit were fresh and good. They also didn't have the pumpkin spice cappuccino yet (even though it shows it's available on the website). The robin eggs were very dry and stale - tasted like they had been sitting there for days, we ended up tossing them.

What a great place to be! I absolutely love the Orange Creamsicle drink, and the steak sandwich is a must try! Great people behind the counter too!
we just stopped in for a quick lunch today and we both had the tuna sandwich and raspberry blackcurrant iced tea. the lady was absolutely lovely and very sweet. the meal was so good especially the tuna sandwich.

I recently visited Robin’s Donuts on York Avenue in Winnipeg and had a rather disappointing experience. A young lady took my order, but unfortunately, it was completely messed up. When I asked an elderly lady to please look into the issue, she gave me the cold shoulder, which was quite unexpected and upsetting.
I understand that mistakes can happen, but the lack of courtesy and professionalism was disheartening. I hope the management addresses this issue to ensure better customer service in the future.
