Service was good and the breakfast sandwich and biscuit were fresh and good. They also didn't have the pumpkin spice cappuccino yet (even though it shows it's available on the website). The robin eggs were very dry and stale - tasted like they had been sitting there for days, we ended up tossing them.

Great place for coffee and donuts đ© yum
I absolutely love Robinâs Donuts! The food is always fresh and delicious, especially the donuts, coffee, sandwiches, and breakfast options. The cozy atmosphere and friendly staff make it the perfect place to relax and enjoy a great meal. Highly recommended!
The location isnt in the best location, but once inside it's super nice, warm and inviting. I wish that robins was everywhere because the food is always so good. The staff were so friendly.

I recently visited Robinâs Donuts on York Avenue in Winnipeg and had a rather disappointing experience. A young lady took my order, but unfortunately, it was completely messed up. When I asked an elderly lady to please look into the issue, she gave me the cold shoulder, which was quite unexpected and upsetting.
I understand that mistakes can happen, but the lack of courtesy and professionalism was disheartening. I hope the management addresses this issue to ensure better customer service in the future.

I recently visited Robinâs Donuts for the first time and had a very disappointing experience. I ordered three biscuits and a donut, but the biscuits I received were not the flavor I wanted. When I politely asked the staff to change them, they refused, claiming they couldnât do so because I had touched or cut them. This was extremely frustrating as I hadnât even tasted them yet and had no way of knowing the flavor without doing so. To make matters worse, I donât eat raisins at all, so I had to throw the biscuits away. The staffâs unwillingness to help and their poor customer service left a bad impression. I definitely wonât be going back there. I hope the management takes steps to improve their service and customer satisfaction in the future.

Prices were fair. Breakfast sandwich was good, though I went in the morning and the pastry I got didnât seem to be fresh.
Great coffee with exceptional customer service. Breakfast sandwiches are top notch. Nice alternative to Tim's.
