Ordered using Uber Eats. Had the Smashburger, Toum Raider burger, Street Corn with chips and 2 small fries.As you can see from the picture, the Toum Raider was burnt and inedible. The fries were stone cold. Smash Burger and Street Corn were decent.1st time ordering, and definitely the last.

Came for the "Big Dill Energy" and you've won repeat customers. I want to try more of your main menu! It was delicious, and actually tasted like dill! I didn't realize Roo's wasn't a sit-down restaurant but that's okay, the pickup discount was unexpected and a nice surprise! Our fries were basically free. The front desk lady who helped us was beyond friendly! She cheerfully explained why they give a pickup discount. All around, it was a wonderful experience.

If the food was properly portion and pricing was more balance I'd give this 5 stars. I orderd a cheese stake sandwich and it turned out smaller then expected and the fillings had the consistancy of shloopy gravy, If you can get past the texture it does tase really good tho. I aslo got mac and cheese wich turned out absolutly amazing I just think it could have used a little more cheese. despite my mix feelings of my order I did enjoy it but becuase of the price/portion I probably wont be ordering here again.
I really enjoyed the food and the atmosphere. I felt very welcomed and appreciated. Roo's is kinda tucked away but once you find it you won't be disappointed. Top 5 of my favorite burger

Roo's is on the top of my list of places to grab some great comfort food! I swear the vegetarian burger is the best in the city. I tried the Carnitas Torta sandwich today and will have a hard time deciding between the two next time, they're both sooo good and flavourful.Both versions of their Mac and Cheeses are fantastic and single portions are perfect to split between two people as a side. My company also enjoyed their meals (cheese steak and smash burger) and everyone was plenty full afterward.There had been a hiccup with a past order but management went above and beyond. Customer service is great and the ladies at the front counter always friendly. The discount for pick-up orders is a great incentive. I would highly recommend Roo's
