We visited Rosé Coffee & Wine on a Monday night and were immediately impressed—especially because it was Half-Price Oyster Night! That was a fantastic bonus. We tried both the Spicy and Classic Oysters, and they were fresh and incredibly tasty. The Classic style, in particular, was a personal favorite as it perfectly highlighted the natural flavor of the oyster.
The appetizers that followed set a high standard. The Focaccia and Olive Oil was served warm, fresh, and paired with a high-quality oil. We also tried the unique Fig Zaatar—the combination of fresh ricotta, toast, and pistachios was truly special and left us wanting more, despite the generous amount of nuts!
For the main courses, both dishes were executed flawlessly. The Roasted Stuffed Chicken Supreme was juicy and crunchy, featuring a stuffing that complemented the chicken beautifully. The Gochujang Salmon was a highlight: the fish was perfectly cooked, and the gochujang sauce added a fantastic layer of spice that enhanced the salmon's original flavor without overpowering it.
We finished the night with the Tiramisu, which was decadent, perfectly creamy, and a great end to the meal.
Located in the heart of downtown, parking was easy to find after hours. With the combination of excellent, creative food, a lovely atmosphere, and value on their oyster night, we highly recommend Rosé Coffee & Wine for a memorable dinner.

We made a reservation for a table to try their la burger week burger and their truffle burger.
The service we received was not good, we did not get any water refills nor did they ask how our experience was during our meal. Not to mention that our order did not come out in a timely manner considering their two hour seating period. I would also like to point out that people who came after us had their food served before ours were even served and were able to finish their meals as we had to wait.

Tried the espresso flights and they were all delicious! The mango was my absolute favourite and I’m still thinking about it days later. The restaurant itself was so cozy and beautiful, which made the whole experience even better. Highly recommend!

Lovely atmosphere… great cocktails and wines. BUT…. The food is way too expensive for this place. A bowl of olives.. not warmed, not spiced, nothing fancy.. just plain olives..$9. We had the fig zaatar tartine, not even a full slice of toast; Half a slice, sliced in half..2 slivers of bread.. $14. Ouch. What happened…shrinkflation? Also, Beef Wellington $55. With potatoes, no sides. Made a mistake on that.
We seen many ppl coming and going..one cocktail, and done.
Love the decor though! A+

I’ve tried to give this place a fair shot, out of the 3 times I’ve gone I’ve left disappointed with the food. The drinks were nice, I enjoyed the feature Dubai chocolate espresso martini and the French 75. The Charcuterie board was horrible, it was expensive and lack luster. We also ordered the Dubai chocolate dessert and the portion size was so small for a high price tag (chopped strawberries in a martini glass with Nutella for $18)
I’ve also gone for the cafe portion and had the latte flight and pastries. It was alright but there are nicer cafes in the area that have better quality coffees and pastries. The vibe is pretty and I like the washrooms but that’s about it

The seating is way too tight. Or is it the furniture? Even Doug, our waiter, mentioned the table was small. I don't work there, Doug. If I did, I would mention the size of the glassware and serving dishes being used in the next staff meeting. The place has a cigar lounge speakeasy kind of vibe, without the cigars.
The foccacia and balsamic were actually amazing! Soft, warn, and crisp. Yum!
I went for the oyster special on a Monday and would have liked to try all the varieties together,, we might go back. Just maybe with a different ordering strategy.

Came here for the oyster night. For drinks, we tried the Rose French cocktail, which was okay. For food, I tried the classic oysters, a caviar bump, and pomegranate zaatar tartine. The oyster and caviar were pretty standard (fresh and tasty). The pomegranate zaatar tartine was very good. The whipped feta was fresh, the pomegranate molasses added a nice zap of flavor, the pistachio made a good texture, and the gluten-free bread was great. My friend has the roasted blueberry tartine, which was a little underwhelming. The vibes of the place were also really nice. I think it's worth giving this place a try for some drinks and appetizers.

I love this place, so intimate are some drinks so great, that they close with a brooch of another in the desserts… Martini coffee is Delicious

Drinks were amazing!
Our table had Dubai chocolate espresso martini, espresso martini, Dubai chocolate latte hot and cold.
Food was mediocre. Portion sizes small, so either have more appetizers before the entree or don’t go there starving.
We got our food and was told that we had 20 mins to eat our main course as they needed the table right at 6:30pm. This killed the vibe as we had to scarf down our food and end our time together abruptly.
Gone are the days of enjoying your meal with good company.
