I visited here on Monday evening with my friend and they did not even come themself to get order. After the order was made half of the food was served but for the other half we waited more than 30 minutes and when it was asked how much time would it take, we were told we are the next to get our food but the food came out was given to the customers came after us to the restaurant. And finally we decide to leave and told them we don’t need the food anymore. The worst part was they were not sorry at all for their mistake and the girl told her co-worker to cancel our food and then we paid and left disappointed. Worst customer service ever and even no smile on the faces while serving food.

Disappointing Mango Falooda Experience We recently tried the Mango Falooda at Royal Paan on McPhillips Street, and it was really disappointing. It tasted more like canned mango pulp than fresh mango, with none of the authentic falooda flavor or proper ingredients. The texture and taste were completely off — honestly, it just tasted yukk. Definitely not worth the price or the hype. I expected something refreshing and flavourful, but this was far from it.

Such a disappointing experience here. We ordered pav bhaji and mysore masala dosa. For pav bhaji, instead of pav, they used burger buns and thought customers are stupid…they won’t know about it. Dosa took way more time it supposed to be. When we got it, they literally served green chutney instead of coconut and mysore chutney. It was basically masala dosa and the masala just put it in the centre. The service was not good at all. The girl never acknowledge if we like it or not. Now i know why the restaurant was quite not busy. Will not come back for sure.

Took 2 rubbery and one mango flooda, both had a very unpleasant taste. It was sour, almost like something had gone bad, and definitely not enjoyable.

I was so excited to visit a Vegetarian Restaurant. We stood inside the door for 5 minutes before being acknowledged and seated. THIS was the ONLY interaction we had with the employees. They NEVER came to our table, NEVER asked us if we wanted Drinks. They truly act as if they are not in the business of making money. SHAME ON YOU ROYAL PAAN -

I order dosa with one drink. It’s kesar badam drink and it’s taste like a too bad and then I want to change it drink finally girl change my drink but server is taking in rude mood. Girls have no manners how to talk at phone call and how to deal with a coustmer, they have no smile on a face. Server needs a special training how to treat with a coustmer. To disappoint with that place😡☹️

The food was great and freshly served even i waited for 10 mins but it was worth it the masala dosa was crispy and delicious the sambar was awesome paired with chatni it was too good and the service was 💯 out of 💯 with professionalism specially the staff at the counter she's very kind and polite over all the experience was fantastic definitely coming back again and again....
