Hopped in for a quick lunch last month. It was calm and clean space during noon time. The food were prepped in a reasonable time. Staff were attentive and suggestive, I ordered the takoyaki which is always on my plate but this is a no for me. I usually find what's special on my food. The plating looks delish but the karaage is not the typical one, just the regular "fried chicken" I would say. Chicken are pretty dark due to repetitive use of oil. The spicy karaage ramen is not worth a try too. I could not specify the taste of it. I am not a ramen lover but the broth didn't outstand. Overall, not satisified with what we have eaten. Sorry.

I got the Hakata Ramen. It tasted very plain. I not sure if this batch of broth just wasn't made properly, but it really lacked in taste. The portion was good, though, but it would have been perfect if it had actually tasted like anything. I found it to be too expensive too.I forget the name of the other one my partner got but it also tasted really plain.

In the Hargrave market. The absolute best ramen I've had. Service was good and the food was exceptional.Spicy miso karaage ramen and the Chashu Bao bun are an enough to fill you and keep you full for a while.

My second time out for Ramen. Saburo Kitchen is now my favorite. The flavours were more pronounced, and the Takoyaki was so tasty! Had the DanDan ramen as my main, and did not regret ??? Gyoza was a bit greasy, but still tasty.

Pretty good vegan don. The bao is bad imo. Too expensive for the quality. It’s located in a fancy food court and there is a charming robot busboy. I recommend it.

I came from far away to eat ramen but unfortunately they remove out the low carb noodles ?

I use to be a huge fan of this place. Unfortunately, the quality has deteriorated precipitously over the last few months. Cut the bok choy and egg in half, at least. Hot (as opposed to warm) broth would be nice, too. Here’s hoping for a come back.

My food was really good (pork belly bao) but some of the other dishes aren't worth the price. But everything in the hargrave market is expensive.

The food looks good in pictures but really terrible: to attain the umami flavor - it seems like they just pounded a whole sack of salt on the ramen broth. The fried chicken was all bread and crunch. The beef spring rolls were also Uber salty and the addition of humus was a really bad idea. Avoid at all costs if you are a real foodie. To top it all, it wasn’t cheap. I don’t mind paying good money but not for badly executed food concepts. What a waste.

Why my egg not cut in half? Why my chicken Karaage is less portion than the posted reviews here? Anyway food alright. Not the best chicken karaage or inasal. Both foods are roller coaster of fragrant and aromatic spices to my taste buds. It's unique fusion of flavours that I cannot explain that makes it different from traditional chicken Karaage...

2nd time going to Saburo, was decent the broth did taste a little different the second time around but the employees were polite and service was quick. 4 out of 5 ?? (forgot to take more pictures)

Love the chicken karaage don! The ramen was a little bit too rich and salty but still good nonetheless.
