We had our wedding here and we had the best time!! I would give it a 4.7/5! It was a beautiful venue for the wedding. It was absolutely gorgeous! The food was delicious. A lot of people told us it was some of their favourite wedding food they’ve ever had. They do a great job with helping set up and they took everything down the night of. They accepted my cake delivery and set that up for me. I also just love how the venue looks with the exposed brick and the hardwood floors. I also think it was reasonably priced and have no issues with what we were charged. I think everything was very fair! A couple points I’d make - there are a lot of pillars in the venue which do impact your guests viewing. Nothing can be done about this as it’s structural. But it is something to consider about the venue. - the speaker system is not great for speeches. So unfortunately it’s harder to hear for the guests in the back. - the food was delicious! We also did the taco bar for a midnight snack and literally everyone was raving about them! For dinner we had pork tenderloin or red pepper Asiago chicken - Roula the manager overall was good. She got the job done and worked with us to make our perfect night. She was easy going about a lot of things and really I have no complaints as the day went off perfect. But she is not great at communicating, and she will be the first to tell you that. So as long as you know it will take time for her to reply, then you will be good. When it came closer too I would text her if I had any questions which needed to be answered in a timely manner. Roula is not there to hold your hand through this process lol so ensure you compile your list of questions and ideas, send her big long emails and know what you want to discuss when you see her. She appreciates a prepared bride and groom. But I sent lots of big emails and she did get back to me with answers. -I also recommend giving your credit card at the beginning of the night so you are not looking for it at the end when it comes time to pay. - looking at other venues the saddlery is the best priced, again I thought all prices were very fair at the venue. - my wedding had 130 people and it fit perfectly. I think anything over 150 would feel tight! - I had my family go in before to set up my decor but the saddlery would set up for you if you preferred this
I would 100% recommend having your wedding at the saddlery! It was an awesome venue and we had the best time. It was so beautiful and I have no regrets!

The atmosphere is a cool old Warehouse style building very well kept and clean. Are server was really nice and knowledgeable of the menu. And the food did not disappoint, very tasty

We went for my son’s birthday. When I phoned to make reservations I found that the person who answered was sarcastic and a bit rude. But given that this was the restaurant my son picked I thought I’d give it a try. We had ribs, burgers and the goat cheese salad. Everyone enjoyed their meal. But I believe our server was the same person who had taken our reservations on the phine and I found him off putting. There were only 2 choices for dessert and it was a brownie or apple crisp. I’m sure we had said we were celebrating our son’s birthday but there wasn’t anything special offered. I don’t think we will go back based on the service.

I honestly cannot capture how thankful we are for Roula, and her wonderful team (shoutout to Jack and Stef) for giving us a personalized and curated experience.
Our family and friends had nothing but great things to say about the food and how cute and spaceous the venue was. Saddlery on Market comfortably sat and served 120+ guests. The bar service was uninterrupted and smooth. The dance floor was wild (shoutout to DJ Carlos (from Sensational Sound), personally recommended by Roula).
Zero mess. Zero drama. Countless memories.

P.S. - Even if you're not coming for a wedding, I HIGHLY recommend the Cubano on the menu. Absolutely delicious.

I called and left a message, and emailed, to try and book a reservation. No answer to the voicemail. No reply to the email. Tried my luck by heading down the day of the event to find out that it’s closed for a private event. That part is fine. Congratulations to the happy couple. But the slate to inform people that it was closed to a private event was inside and shoved in a corner. To say I am disappointed at the lack of communication is an understatement. The food is good. But not that good.

It was our wedding venue earlier this month and it was extraordinary. The space looks beautiful, the staff was great, and the food was delicious (people are still complimenting the food). Special mention to Roula, who was so helpful with us and our planners and helped turn our vision into reality. And the whole time she was cool as a cucumber, which is VERY helpful on a day that's already stressful enough!! Any of their strengths would be enough on their own to recommend it (food, ambiance, helpful staff and management), but all these things together make it a fantastic venue for any special event. I'm so grateful!
