Ordered the big earl platter, it did not disappoint. Giant stack of perfect cooked burgers and spot on prompt service. Food and service has never let me down at this location.

Felt unwelcome the second I had entered. Had requested a window seat where I was told they had reservations coming in when I asked if they were sure they couldn't make the accommodation they then lead me to one of the many open window tables. I had asked about one of the dishes where I was wanted to see how it was prepared and the answer I got was "it's exactly what it says" which didn't give much explanation whether the Buffalo chicken was inside the dish or a topping, after a bit of back and fourth asking about the meal I was then told what the restaurant was out of and chicken being one of the items not available. Then had another waiter come up and ask us to close the window cause another table didn't like the sunlight. Where we had requested the table exactly for the sunlight. Without request our waiter brought the check half way through the mediocre meal and seemed in a hurry to get us out. Would highly recommend a different restaurant or alteast different location for sure.

The food was good and the service was good. Our eyes were bigger than our stomachs, and we had to leave right away for an appointment. So we had to eat a little faster than normal but it was a good experience.
