Santa Lucia Pizza Portage

The pizza is always cooked perfectly and I've enjoyed it for years however the other night I stopped in and grabbed a piece of the Peanut Butter Cheesecake.......It blew my mind. So delicious. Perfect ending to my hectic day!

Great pizza, super friendly staff.

Ordered from here many times. We ask for the pizza to be cut into squares as they do with their larger pies for sharing. Never been a problem before, always been good.

Yesterday, placed our order as usual. When we went to pick up was told that they could not cut it into squares. No mention of this when placing the order. When pressed the person at the till said that the guys screwed up cutting it so that's why it was in usual slices. Guy offers to remake it if we don't mind waiting.

We wait for the new pie. The new pie that comes out is in squares but it is entirely the wrong pizza. Wait again, new pie comes out and it is cut into one giant square.

At this point it's clear we aren't having any luck. Ask for our money back we will try eating somewhere else. Clerk insists he cannot give money back. Tells us to call back Monday speak with the manager.

Now let me tell you manager couldn't have been more rude if he tried. Asserted that because we weren't charged for it to be cut into squares we had nothing to complain about as they where doing us a favor and insisted that he would not reimburse us.

Beware that they don't do complicated orders and wont let you know when placing the order(like asking for a pizza to be cut a certain way). Some staff may lie to you, and when complaining to management they will be rude.

Best Pizza Ever

This place sucks!!!! Had good pizza at other santa locations and this one is pathetic. Walked in and lady was play on her phone and when she finally my meat lovers pizza it had very little toppings. Went on line and emailed them. Said I would get a response in 24 hrs. Never happened. Sent another one and again no response. Avoid this place!!!

I called to place an order and the person on the phone was very rude !! For the amount of money you spend at this place no customer service what so ever. DO NOT ORDER HERE !!

Had delivery, fettuccine Alfredo was really good. Lasagna was too saucy, not enough cheese. You could order extra cheese,but it would just be on top.

This pizza was AMAZING! We ordered delivery and it was faster than expected and the pizza was hot and crispy.

10/10 - we would order again!

Not just the freshest crust and toppings for pizzas - with very reasonable pricing compared to Boston Pizza - but also warm, considerate service. The lovely lady actually got up, cautioning me about the deep step (yep, aware from previous visits) and went out holding the door open for me as I left. I told her I had a knee replacement last year, so that was greatly appreciated! How often do you get that level of consideration without having to ask? Bravo!

Sides of the spaghetti was burnt. Not a fan of burnt pasta. Taste was great. Noodles were perfect. Just because it was oven baked.. the sides burnt. Still a great place
