Ordered a 30 inch pizza here, and it was delivered completely raw and undercooked.
I then tried to order another pizza, made a complaint, and was offered 45% off another 30 Inch.
The owners mother instructed the girl to call me back and tell me they wouldn't fill the order, they said to buy smaller pizzas if I don't like the dough.
I'm assuming everyone likes pizza dough if it's cooked. But apparently at this location when you complain about that they will do nothing.
Save your time & order from another place or different location.

Had been many, many years since we ordered from there. Staff were pleasant. Food was ready when promised. Location was clean. And best of all, the pizzas were delicious! Gluten free crust was outstanding!

We ordered two Monday special pizzas. One however we ordered Canadian Bacon. What we did not realize is that to Santa Lucia's, Canadian Bacon equals the cheapest possible waterlogged deli ham rather than the low fat meaty ham one normally thinks of. This kind of ruined the experience for us as the flavour was detrimental affected bu this very low quality ingredient. The regular cheese pizza was excellent. For the normal price and even special price and their advertising of quality ingredients it simply doesn't connect for me.

You pay a bit more than at other stores but it's so worth it ! Top quality pizza isn't free but worth spending every dollar on those delicious pizzas !!!!???
Ordered on Saturday Dec 30th Pizza was delicious but the lasagna was not very good. Complained on Web site and they offered me a $10 coupon for $30 worth of lasagna I threw out will not be ordering from Regent Ave location anymore

We ordered chicken fettuccine Alfredo and the chicken pieces were very large (easily two bites) which we felt should be smaller. We also ordered lasagna with meat sauce that was not at all appealing and tasteless. The only bonus is that the portions were great but would have been better if the food was good.

I ordered the Santa Lucia Special... Very bland, missing something & didn't have enough pizza sauce. Usually I order from the St. Mary's Rd. location, and it always tastes great from that location. From now on I guess I have to drive a little further for my pizza☹️.
