2nd time eating at this location. Had take-out once. Food always tasty and delicious. Staff always friendly, attentative, efficient, and really good at their jobs. Lovely atmosphere.

Staff in the bar was great but the manager seemed to be upset looking and pacing around.
Would return here again as the atmosphere in the lounge is nice and dim, great place for drinks!

I came here a little while back and our server Kendra was so sweet and accommodating! However, once the food arrived, I found a stand of hair in my pizza unfortunately and brought it up to the server. She was obviously apologetic and very professional despite it not being her fault, offered to take it back for me but I said it would be okay hoping not to inconvenience anyone! I believe she still tried to ask her manager to discount it or comp it from my bill as she also saw the hair in the pizza, and naturally that is what good customer service looks like. Unfortunately her manager was refusing to do anything about it which was quite odd considering I was being very friendly about the situation. He seemed short tempered and angry for some reason even though it hardly inconvenienced him at all. I understand that mistakes are made, however I felt as if the manager didn’t even try to rectify the situation. I would have put 5 stars for my server as well as the seating staff but unfortunately that manager really ruined my experience with his lack of customer service skills.

Young heavy woman hostess was unpleasant to start souring the mood for a pleasant dining experience. Decided to enjoy the roof top patio on a beautiful day. She wasn’t happy about the stairs to the rooftop and when seated in the corner by the emergency exit and wall. We asked to sit in an open table with a better view. She made a sour face and said it wasn’t clean, we said we wouldn’t mind waiting. She huffed and went and cleaned it. This person is in the wrong industry and shouldn’t be interacting with costumers. The patio was empty multiple seats along glass were available. No one else seated after us. Some interesting people and things happening in the street. Lightening the mood. I must say the rest of the staff interaction was great! Sadly one person can ruin it. First impressions. There’s other options similar with rooftop patio very close that has excellent food and service.
The pizza we ordered was the special added beef with extra sauce and oregano. Pizza was great but centre wasn’t cooked through little raw dough still. Large pizza we only ate half. And we’re stuffed. The drinks were Shipwreck (I recommend) and Bahama mamma. Both great patio beverages!

We had a Greek salad to share and the 92.1 Raising Dough pizza, and it was all very delicious. Our grandson ordered the Beyond Meat burger platter and really enjoyed it as well. Our server was attentive and kept an eye out to ensure we had everything we needed. Will definitely be back again.

We asked for a larger table for a party of 6 and were told they couldn't do it in case they get busy. This was at 415. When we left there were still a lot of tables available. Service was terrible and the pizza was very tasteless. The kids food fries were burnt and chicken nuggets were poor quality and hard. I would NOT reccomend this restaurant at all!

I had my usual Greek salad with chicken breast. Delicious. Hubby had his favourite spaghetti & meatballs. Both of us had garlic toast that we asked to have cheese on. It was very well done & generous portions. Service was great. Price was good. Oh & we each had a drink. I had Merlot house wine & hubby has a Caesar. Finished with coffee too. Also very good. Santa Lucia's is a favourite stopping spot for us. I love this location for before or after MTC or WSO events.

Went here for my anniversary and we had a great time; pizza is AMAZING and really enjoyed the atmosphere and service; prices are a little high but you do get what you pay for and it's worth it.
