I work as a mall employee; I thought i’d try this place for my first time. October 2nd at 2:29 pm there were 2 very nice ladies and a man who was working the front. The man was extremely unfriendly and started saying extremely rude things to his coworkers thinking I couldn’t hear/understand him. Aside from that though the food was good!

If I could give any lower stars I could! I was shocked at the customer service I received. My friend was purchasing a meal at this location, and he had given her a sample and then she got it and when I expected to receive a sample because I was possible interested in buying a meal. I was so rudely told No to a SAMPLE! He put his hand up and said,”Why?” I said,” I want to see if I want to get something here!” He said you can have a sample after you buy something! I will NEVER COME BACK TO THIS LOCATION. An honest disgrace to anyone who works in a customer service.

My husband was in the washroom in and out since 2 hours almost, he ordered noodles, mango chicken, shrimp, n pork in fact I remember he ordered no 11 n we go there a lot but m so soooooooo scared now to order for us and our babies as we adore Chinese food big tym, my family will never ever if we ever take a chance now so we r done with this patheticPOLO PARK SATAY EXPRESS N EXPERIENCE EVER TILL WE TRY N THINK OF EATING CHINESE EVER EVER IN OUR LIVES, EVERYONE LOVES THEIR KIDS N FAMILY N M VERY SURE..

Don't waste your money here. Meat was dry and tough, spring roll was tasteless. Only plus side is my jaw got a good workout. Go someplace else.

First time at satay express inside polo park, ordered beef vegetable stir fry and fried rice. It was really good! Price was normal compared to other places. 100% will order again :)

I ordered the daily special at 11:45 AM which consisted of one piece of roasted chicken thigh and leg, stir-fried broccoli, carrots and cabbage, and fried rice with peas and diced carrots.The chicken was undercooked and tough to cut with a plastic fork. The stir-fried veggies were overcooked and the fried rice was bland tasting. I would not order this "daily special" ever again.
