It is tough to get a good quality kosher meal in outside of Ontario, Quebec or Vancouver, but this cafe nails it. This a dairy meal. Wonderful knishes are a must with sour cream. The only negative is one piece of fish and very little tartar sauce for the fish and chips.
Schmoozer's Cafe is found in the Rady JCC and Gray Academy Building. It is Winnipeg's only Kosher Cafe/ Restaurant that I know of. The food is great, good size portions, and the staff are wonderful. You will certainly be welcomed, treated warmly, and leave when you are ready or full, and the experience will most definitely bring you back wanting more.
