Scout: Coffee + Community

We hosted our two-year-old’s birthday at Scout Coffee & Tea a few weeks ago, and it couldn’t have been better! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making the whole experience stress-free. The play area was perfect for our daughter and all her little friends, and the seating area gave the adults a comfortable place to relax and enjoy themselves. The menu offered a wide range of options, so there was something for everyone. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a family-friendly spot with great service!.

We had our daughter’s 2nd birthday party at Scout and everything about it was perfect! Booking was an easy process with quick responses to any questions we had. We added the bouncy castle to the party which was a perfect size and the kids LOVED it. Everything was clean, additional tables were all set up and ready for us upon arrival. We would absolutely recommend having your kiddos birthday party at Scout! ❤️

We had an absolute blast playing here. The play area is clean with lots of activities for all kiddos. The atmosphere is so relaxing and low pressure. The drinks were great, our little one really loved her smoothie and we loved our coffees. Already put in a booking request for her next birthday to be held here. What a neighbourhood gem!

We hosted my son's 1 year old birthday here and it was a success. A clean space, lots of room for the babies to play, space for the adults to sit and talk. Clean bathrooms with changing station. Friendly and professional staff. All at an affordable price. Highly recommend.

It’s a nice change from the big commercial companies like Starbucks and Tim’s. It’s a hidden gem❤️ I would definitely recommend to anyone looking to support local and for a great cup of tea!

We booked Scout for a private event and it went great! The staff were super helpful the whole time and they had awesome color backdrops that we were able to use. We were able to bring in our own food and drinks. Only exception was for teas or coffees, but the event booking had the option to add a coffee carafe and the staff were able to keep serving their cafe menu during the whole event. Some guest enjoyed afogatos and ice creams.

The location is great and there’s enough parking for events small to medium sized events. We’d definitely book an event here again!

Great place for a celebration especially for kids! Enjoyed the kindness of the staff! Great experience!

We wanted to try a “local” coffee shop, so we drove past all the chains and stopped by Scout Coffee for the first time! It was lovely!

We browsed the books and trinkets for sale inside then sat outside to enjoy the spring day. There was a birthday party being setup as well.

The concept was refreshing.

I will have to make a trip back with my daughter so she play in the play area while I have my latte ♥️

Such an amazing space for parents and littles. My son loves coming here and I love it too, it’s nice to get out of the house and enjoy a coffee while he plays. It’s always clean, and has lots of events they offer with plenty of heads up so you know what’s coming. Love that they offer healthy meal choices too!

A great play spot for kids while you enjoy a coffee! Their play space is perfect for toddlers. We booked their space to host a winter birthday party here and had a great experience.

When it’s open it’s a great place for kids. Pretty inconvenient when you get there with your kids and everyone out of the car and the place is closed for a private party. Would be helpful if the “hours” reflected when it’s closed for private events (I now know there is a calendar at the bottom of the website that says this but most people probably don’t know that).

Best place for birthday parties, we have now had both of our boys birthdays here and it’s has been so effortless and fun!!!

We had our sons 5th birthday at Scout and it was just perfect! We did the bounce castle and glitter tattoos add ons. The kids had so much fun! And the adults enjoyed themselves too. We got 2 big folding tables for food and gifts. The staff was very helpful and accommodating

Great experience visiting in the past, and a flawless process booking and having our daughter's birthday here this past weekend! Would highly recommend, and we got great feedback from all our party guests - kids and adults alike!
