The 5 stars for service is truly just for the staff. I want them to know they are excellent and my review has nothing to do with their hard work. Second cup is extremely overpriced for extremely below average coffee. A small cappuccino is $5.32, which makes it more expensive than Starbucks, and more expensive than local coffee shops ( Thom Bargen, Colosimo, Scout ). This location could use some love, the fridge in the front is so loud, you can’t sit at the front and talk to your friend without having to talk over the loud fridge.
I understand they are in the mall and the convenience is there, they are the only option. After going a few times, I will not be returning.

I always rate a coffee shop by their Lattes. No sugar added or flavor. Just the coffee. This coffee they use here is bitter and absolutely makes me dislike drinking coffee altogether. Whatever bean they're using , it sucks. Period.

You would have thought a place named like this should have a good, at least decent, cup of expresso. Wrong! Even worst, I ordered a doble one. Got mine and the look already was bad, almost no cream. I should have returned it, but drank it anyways, and it wasn't a nice experience. Definitively not recommended.

this place has the best coffee! and the best associates! the girl with the glasses was amazing and polite she gave me a lot of suggestions, the other girl working i think her name was ema? she was amazing and polite, she helped me pick a drink that would causes issues with my stomach due to me being lactose intolerant. and i witnessed the ema girl help an elderly woman with counting very sweet of her

The girl with glasses was incredibly rude. I ordered a caramel corn latte, but I received a nasty iced coffee instead. When I mentioned that I had requested a latte and this one lacked foam, she responded rudely. Frustrated, I discarded the coffee and decided never to purchase from this store again.The iced coffee tasted awful, made with reduced-fat milk and lacking cream or an espresso shot. Sometimes, when I order online a specific muffin, they change my order without asking me.
