This is the second time I ordered through uber and the experience is the same. When I buy in-person the beef was more than order online. So this time, I ordered combo 2 with the same things is black pepper beef to make sure because I know last time I ordered they gave me less beef than vegetables. But, even I paid for combo 2, they still put a lot of vegetables instead of beef even I ordered 2 portions of beef. I only have 4-5 beef slides and the rest is vegetables. It is not even worth the price $20 for 4-5 beef slides and vegetables. Such a disappointment to order online with them.

The staff has problem in terms of communication. First, i asked if they have squid, the staff pointed to the mango chicken, then i used the term calamari, maybe that she can understand, but she still pointed to the mango chicken. I eventually just let it be. There was an older lady who came first before me and she just cancelled the order because the staff couldn't understand her. They looked like they did not know what they were doing or understand what people were saying. There were two of us who ordered and they only gave 1 fork. I asked for a pair of spoon and fork for the two of us and the cashier even sounded annoyed and sarcastic when i repeated myself as she couldn't hear me or maybe understand me. She was like "i know i see it". If she knows, then why didn't she get it the first time. Why are they so stingy with utensils? And why sound so condascending? I am asian myself and we have attitudes in terms of customer service, different from Canada , but there is a point where you have to adjust to where you are having your business, one should adjust to the norms and ways of approaching customers. The customer is NOT always right, but there should be respect.
I ordered the Wonton Noodle Soup (egg noodle) and it was so good. It is such a comfort food. I enjoyed it with their chili oil. The serving is appropriate with 6 pcs of wontons in it.

The customer service is amazing. They offer free mango chicken samples when I usually buy my lunch. The staff are very nice and the food was enjoyable to my liking especially on how I am considered a picky eater. They usually load up my plate, which leads me into having it for dinner. The only down fall is that the food can be a little pricey, other than that the food is good.
