Shawarma Khan Exchange location

I’ve been eating here since 2016, and this is by far the worst experience I’ve ever had. My friend and I ordered large Chicken Shawarmas, and what we received was completely unacceptable. There were no tomatoes, no turnips, no onions, and not even lettuce—ingredients that have always been standard here. Instead, the wraps were filled with cabbage, which is absolutely not how your Shawarmas have ever been made.

On top of that, after we paid, we were told there were no large wraps available, forcing us to switch to two small Shawarmas. The taste was nothing like what this restaurant used to serve—bland, off, and entirely different from the quality we’ve trusted for years.

This experience was extremely disappointing, and the decline in quality is unacceptable.

This place is not open when it says it is website and Google says open on sat 🙄 and it's not. Am not impressed

What is the point of having a store if you’re never going to be open at times listed open on google.

Okay so here is the thing. This is a very special place. When I had the opportunity to get to learn how things are done there this is exactly what I would get. Rice potatoes, chicken, beef, and lamb with a pita bread and I know what you’re thinking. Clearly this guy’s crazy because of all that hot sauce that he has on that beautiful awesomeness. I just know that if Ali Knew I was there and I did not get that amount he would give me trouble🙃 Thank you Obby It’s just the same as it was in the beginning♥️♥️♥️ sincerely Crazy John

This place was my go to. They literally had the best shawarmas. But I agree with the people that said the Quality of the food has gone down BIG time. Their wraps is full of lettuce and not so much meat. The meats is dry and cold. So Disappointed. I kept giving it chances but I think I will not order from there anymore.

When it first opened, it was first-rate food. Now? It has gone downhill especially in terms of food quality. If you like a lot of gristle with your chicken this is the place for you. Place has become dumpy.
