I rarely leave bad reviews like that but my experience tonight was not good. Ordered through skip, I had the platter chicken beef and lamb, big size beet and apple salad and a wrap. I was so disappointed, I was craving hummus and garlic sauce and it tasted nothing, like everything tasted like bland food. I was unable to distinguish any flavour whatsoever which is weird especially hummus and garlic sauce. I was shocked. The hummus looked watery almost. The potatoes were very small, the tabouleh was meh, and beet/apple salad was just both together (normally you have some red vinegar dressing type), I think it was the only thing that had taste. The wrap was not great either, again tasteless. I ordered there before and everything's was great. I am not sure what happened today to be honest.

The meat was dry, and the overall presentation left much to be desired. The accompaniments fell short of complementing the dish, resulting in a lackluster taste. In terms of service, there seemed to be a lack of attention to detail and customer satisfaction. Unfortunately, this establishment did not meet the standards one would hope for when craving a satisfying shawarma experience.

I had the worst experience with Shawarma Khan and this might be the worst place to have your meal. I ordered from them through doordash and it was a Shawarma wrap order. The wrap was disgusting, the bread fell apart completely and the meat was burned. I contacted the store immediately and they said they will take care of it and the manager will inform the team about me. I called back, guess what? They forgot about the complain and didn't seem to know what i was talking about.

I ordered the shawarma plate, the most tasteless shawarma plate I've ever had. The rice, chicken, salads and everything else had no taste, as if nothing was seasoned at all. Potatoes as hard as rocks and the people working upfront hate their lives so they in turn hate you by giving bad customer service.
