The food was great and the bar area was nice but the service was absolutely awful. Melissa Was our server and rushed us to our seats and asked us what we wanted to drink before sitting down, she returned with the drinks and immediately asked what we wanted to eat. She was talking to the regulars at the bar more than her own tables. The manager there brought out our food after we haven’t been helped by our server for 30+ minutes. Also grabbed the payment machine out of my hands before the payment had even been processed. Unreal service from Melissa.😬

My children and I went for lunch today. Everything was great until my lunch was delivered to me cold. As in it had been held in the freezer for awhile. My kids were hot. I complained and the server said she will get another "right away." My meal never showed. And the manager seemed to be angry that we complained about our service.
Sure interesting way for customers to be treated.

Very disappointed.. I have been going here for long time and have never been disappointed BUT .. I got a Big country breakfast that comes with 2 eggs, hash browns , 2 sausages , ham, toast and 3 pancakes.. I asked if I can get French toast instead of pancakes. So they took out the 3 pancakes and toast and gave me 1 pice of French toast.. then charged me $1.99 extra .. so I gave up 3 pancakes and toast that came with the meal to get one pice of French toast and charged $2 more .. I will no longer go there oh and they burnt the Naan bread on my gf and daughters butter chicken bowls ..

Was here November 9th between 10-12ish after the Western final with some family and friends and was beyond upset with the service we received. It seemed all the staff working were new, but it did not seem like they were trained properly or knew how to do the job. We asked many times for boxes and drinks and waited quite a while for them and received orders messed up or things we didn't order. When it was time to split the bills, the two female employees didn't seem to know what they were doing; they kept messing up and overcharging us to the point of us needing to go over and try to help them figure it out, and the female employee had to ask what we had ordered again for the bills, which just made everything even more frustrating. Also, we had an order for boneless chicken wings, and we received them with bones. No issue because they made new ones the right way, but on the bill, they charged us for the chicken wings they made wrong. As we were ordering drinks as well, someone requested a paralyzer, and the employee seemed beyond confused with the menu and had no idea what it was... but when we looked on the menu they had given, it listed clearly that they had been available, so we were all confused. I understand these employees are new, and I respect them for trying to give proper customer service and apologizing, but it is super frustrating and took away a bit of the fun we were trying to have to assist them to do their jobs properly. I hope they improve training because this type of service draws people away and is super annoying to deal with.

I ordered the Mediterranean salad with chicken, which was good; however the price is ridiculous at $25.49(with a thinly sliced 1/2 chicken breast). This is menu item with the thinly sliced chicken breast should be priced no higher than $20.49. Would not order it again!

Went for breakfast, the waitress Anastasia was great! Provided quick, efficient, attentive and fun service. food was perfect! Thank you for starting our day right! Great restaurant! Great staff!!

I had my husbands 65 th birthday in smittys private room. We had so much fun. The servers and management were so attentive to our needs. The wings are delicious!! They even sang happy birthday and joined in our celebration. Thank you May for making Marc’s day special?
