We placed an order online via Skip website for 2 santa fe skillets. We love this dish from this restaurant so almost every weekend we place order for this. But today when we received the order the portion size was very less compared to last all times we placed order for. However the price is still the same i.e $44 before tax. With this price we expect better quality of food however there was no sauce (hollandaise) like before, just very little due to which the chicken, hashbrown and eggs were too dry and difficult to eat. Very disappointed with this!!

From the second she hit our table, the vibe shifted. Kelsey doesn’t just serve she performs. Fast, flawless, and full of energy, she remembered every order like a human cheat code, made everyone laugh without missing a beat(and like I’m very funny but she’s much funnier #MoriahSux), and somehow managed to keep it all genuine and warm.

Need a refill? She’s already got it. Special request? Handled before you finish the sentence. That mix of funny and personable? Kelsey invented it.

Honestly, she raised the bar for what good service even means. Can’t wait to come back just for her to serve me!

Weak service. There were only two tables of people and we hardly saw wait staff. I had to go get my own coffee. The sausages were those little ones you see at hotels. It was disappointing.

The food was absolutely delicious – every bite was full of flavor and clearly made with care. The relaxing ambiance made the whole experience even better. A perfect spot to unwind and enjoy a great meal.

Nadia is an AMAZING server, so sweet always makes sure you have absolutely everything you could possibly need, makes sure you know all the options available, makes effort to build a connection with her customers. We come in every Saturday just to see her, you should too. Best server EVER

We have been to this location many times. Food is always flavourful and plentiful. Staff is very friendly and accomodating. Last time Josh looked after us and he was excellent. Huge kudos to management who obviously understand what service is all about.

Every time we are in the city, especially with our 4 kids, we stop for breakie, lunch, or dinner. Whichever meal is needed, we always make sure to be seated in the lounge.

Mel D. is the server we had the first time we went there. Her amazing personality and energy keeps us coming back. She always makes sure we have everything we need and that my kids are happy.

Our last visit, my 5 yr old, was mad cause she wanted a different restaurant. Within 10 seconds of Mel seeing my daughter upset, she had her smiling and happy to be at Smitty's.

The food is great, but Mel makes it amazing!!!
