Always a great place to meet with friends and have appys and couple drinks . (The lounge is where we go). Friendly , prompt service . Our fav waitresss is Casey. So sweet and always checking in on us ! Our go to lounge to meet up with friends . . Central location also a bonus 👍.

Went here for wing night on a whim and had a great experience. Wings were fantastic and the service was excellent. Obviously busy because of wing night, but I was most impressed by “Sky.” She expertly ran that packed dining room and made it look so easy and with very little assistance. It looked like she was on her own but you couldn’t tell by all the happy and fed patrons. Highly recommend. Will definitely be back.

went for a christmas party this past saturday and ended up getting food poisoning from the chicken burger i do not recommend getting it. this is very uncommon from my experiences but be warned

We attended the Friends Trivia night on Nov 30. Brooke did an excellent job bringing something new and fun. Can't wait to see what event she plans next! Maybe an 80s night or other popular shows like Yellowstone or Big Bang Theory.

To say I am disappointed doesn't even cover it. We are a group of seniors who are members of a non profit group and we booked the private room at the back of the restaurant well in advance of our Christmas get together as we have done in the past 3 years. We have never been given a time limit so that we could enjoy our evening and until this time. We have always enjoyed ourselves and have always been taken care of by the staff until we were done with our program. This time we were continuing with our celebration and as dessert was being served all of a sudden the manager told us that we needed to leave the restaurant because he decided to book the space we were occupying while we were there, for a bigger group than ours. We had to quickly gather our belongings and pay our bills by standing in line in front of the server. As I said we are a group of seniors so we would likely not have been there too much longer after finishing dessert but we had planned a game with Christmas gifts that never got played because we were told to leave. After contacting the Smitty's Head Office, they forwarded my concerns on to the manager who then responded with "I truly hope that you will reconsider your decision to not return but I completely understand if you feel this way given the circumstances...." Does he not understand that every single one of our group could potentially cause him a loss of current and future patrons just by word of mouth and social media? He didn't even offer us any compensation of any kind to even try to bring us back. To the owner of this franchise - you need a new manager.

Was there yesterday, quality of food was below it's normal. One of our meals had to be redone, when it was returned, the eggs were hot, the rest of the items on the plate were cold. Knives were not available for our cutlery until halfway through our meals

well i used to frequent this place often with my family and friends and i was obsessed with the saucy chipotle wing flavour and was devastated when they stopped serving it. then my new favourite was korean bbq and just found out they also stopped serving it. big L for me and now i need to settle for chicken tenders whenever i come with my family :(

Waited 30 minutes today to pick up an order when the pick up was given at 7pm to pick up skip order, same thing happened last week, receptionist keep on roaming in the restaurant even after seeing someone waiting and did not bother to even ask or check if they are waiting for something or not.This is just plain stupid
