2nd time it has happened when I was with a group. I mentioned to the server that I had to leave early and I would like to order now .. 20 minutes passed and everyone then started ordering. I still didnt get mine, que 20 mins later everyone got there food and I still didnt. I already had to leave at that point.. told the server and she took it off the bill but then brought my wings that was just sitting there forgotten. Had to take them to go and reheated wings we all no suck

It was Salisbury Steak that was very much burnt! I did tell waitress,about my steak was very much burnt,horrible presentations on the plate!!

I purchased the Butter Chicken rice bowl. It was one of the worst things I've had in a while. It was pretty mid. The butter chicken wasn't butter chicken, it was just chicken with a bit of butter chicken sauce. The best part of the meal, was the Flatbread. The chocolate brownie & ice cream was okay, the brownie was way too mushy. I wouldn't get the butter chicken rice bowl again. Wasn't worth it.

We were there on Saturday for a birthday dinner, so we had a large group. Our server (I believe their name was Jordan) was FANTASTIC! Very friendly, attentive and fast. The food was also very good, no one had any complaints.

After bringing out one of the children's meals we waiting 25 minutes just to have them inform us that they had no lettuce for the salad I had ordered. The 2nd child got his meal at that time and I had to order something else. I ended up ordering the fish and chips which were so greasy I was unable to eat them. Sad, sad day indeed. Total time waiting for all our meals AFTER the first child was seved was 45 min. They did not compensate at all for their poor service. In retrospect we should have just left when the 2nd childs meal didn't arrive after 25 minutes of the 1st one arriving.

We’ve always known their breakfast, omelette, and burger are great.

As an Asian, I can say the Ginger Beef Rice Bowl is definitely approved!
