Jeff is very good, very sweet, excellent service in dining, very accommodating, and we even had pictures with him. He is very kind and very nice, good looking, too. The food is great. We are regular customers. Thank you for doing a great job. God bless you all and enjoy your days always

My moms been sick for 3 weeks since eating here. They offered a gluten free menu as we are celiac my mom ordered poutine that was on the menu, I ordered tacos that came on bread... Who eats tacos on bread? They didn't tell me they didnt have corn tacos instead served it like this. When I asked about it she went back to the kitchen as I ordered something else and came back and said I couldnt eat that either and pointed at 2 or 3 items that would actually be safe after providing a gluten sensitive menu that had a considerable number of items. My mom was 1/2 way done her poutine when we found this out. I refused to eat and im glad I did because shes been sick and undergoing investigations for all kinds of things since.....Turns out - It was the food and it caused an autoimmune reaction. She hasn't been able to leave her house or sleep. If you have allergies I would not recommend coming here.

Had the bacon jam burger with some wings and the bacon jam itself was very good, Param always brings a friendly vibe and always does a great job serving us whether I’m with a group of small friends or a big party with family. P.S the mozza sticks are kind of a rip off.

I came to dine with friends, and the host politely asked if we preferred the dining area or the lounge. However, the manager (Ahad) made the decision to seat us in the lounge without consulting us. This approach felt dismissive, and I don’t believe he should be representing the front-of-house.

I come here often for wing night and am always so pleased when Wakin is our server! He is very attentive and has the best personality, he always remembers us and instantly makes us feel welcome. Thank you!

A great place for consistent quality breakfasts with wonderful service and good portions. Their restaurant is always clean and the serving staff are efficient and friendly. We enjoy coming to the St. James location and will keep coming back for breakfast.

Our local Smitty’s served up the usual good stuff last night. It was wing special and did get a half dozen Cajun, tasty as always but I settled on the Bacon Jam Smash Burger. Not the juiciest of patties but the Smitty’s sauce and bacon jam made up for it. Good bun integrity held all the goodies in place. I’ve certainly had better burgers but this is just a solid one that does check all the boxes. Added their onion rings that are nice crispy breaded but not over battered. Just would have liked a nice sour dill pickle to top it off. Pretty busy night, wing deal, but our service was spot on checking in and topping off drinks. Another good Smitty’s experience!!
