Smitty's Restaurant & Lounge - Winnipeg Westwood

This is my family’s go-to place for wings—best in the city! Yesterday, I placed an online order at an incorrect Smitty’s location. I arrived at Westwood to pick up and realized the error. I had ten people arriving at my home in less than an hour and no time to drive to the other location across the city. Not only did the Westwood location prepare a new order for me in less than 10 minutes, they comped the entire order as it was too late to cancel the original. This was above and beyond my expectation as the error was totally mine. The wings were (of course!) a hit with my guests, but more importantly, I could not have been more impressed by how I was treated by manager Shane. $100 is no small amount! Bravo, Smitty’s Westwood!

Ordered the steak sandwich with Ceasar Salad for my son through skip as we went to Christmas party. My son food arrived and was not even a sandwich......contacted skip support and they said this...horrible service

Food was good. Service from Sandeep was terrible. Couldn't care less of her tables and their requests. Felt rushed and invisible in our table regardless of being right by the entrance where the manager was doing her own thing. No one checked in on us and had to basically yell for any help. Poor service overall. Asking for refills or additional food felt like it was an annoyance more than anything.

Worst experience ever
No service at all
Waitress Sandeep was trying to run away when we ask for refill. No water was offered when we sit at the table was rushing us to make decisions on ording food. Additionally, never checked on us for the 1 hour we stayed. Both Waitress was hiding in corner and did even bother to do their job. Worst dinning experience!!!!

Well to be honest we weren't gonna stop here. But after the other restaurant wouldn't seat us and the customers in front of us we left. Came to this place and glad we did service was great the food was top notch glad we did. Until next time we are in the city

it’s very nice how the bar is separated from the restaurant so it isn’t so loud. normally it’s quiet and peaceful, i always love coming here

The wings were terrible. I tried 6 different ones and none of them were good! Either too much sauce, not enough sauce, or all the dry ones tasted the same!
I'll go to a different Smitty's next time!
