Smitty's Restaurant & Lounge - Winnipeg Westwood

I just lost somebody in my life and I was getting emotional in the washroom and started banging on the washroom door. The manager tried to talk to me and I told her I don’t wanna talk im tryna go smoke my cigarette she proceeds to belittle me for reacting to bad news and i did get mad at her for banning me a consistent customer for 3 years. And they can’t ban a person who was beating on a woman, punched her 10 times in the face blood on the floor and security didnt do anything about it, but security was getting in my face for telling off the manger notbinh but facts how they allow woman beaters but somebody who just found out bad news and was having a moment gets banned !!! I HAVE A VIDEO OF THE BLOOD ON THE FLOOR AND SHE PROCEEDED TO SAY I LIED about that situation well this video says everythin

Stopped in for late dinner - order a cheeseburger and fries..their burgers are really amazing! Well made, fresh, juicy and tasty! And the server was very attentive and kind!

Only location that does not do wing night specials in the restaurant and only in the lounge. Came with my kids and it wasn't even mentioned to us until we got sat at a table. They don't allow minors with you in the lounge like Tavern United does. Guess they don't want the business. They also let people smoke by the entrance which is definitely a sign not to come back to this location.

This is my family’s go-to place for wings—best in the city! Yesterday, I placed an online order at an incorrect Smitty’s location. I arrived at Westwood to pick up and realized the error. I had ten people arriving at my home in less than an hour and no time to drive to the other location across the city. Not only did the Westwood location prepare a new order for me in less than 10 minutes, they comped the entire order as it was too late to cancel the original. This was above and beyond my expectation as the error was totally mine. The wings were (of course!) a hit with my guests, but more importantly, I could not have been more impressed by how I was treated by manager Shane. $100 is no small amount! Bravo, Smitty’s Westwood!
