Snow & Moon Dessert Cafe

My husband and I went there to have a little dessert on sunny hot day. I really enjoyed the mango snow. The snow is made of 100% milk and it is so delicious. Will be back again.

Why’s everything like, 20 bucks.. overpriced.

Awesome place for desserts!

It’s been awhile since I last visited. Glad to see that the great taste has been maintained. The female staff was very very good. Fast, friendly and always serving with a smile even though it was busy and she was all by herself.

Fast service.

Hardworking staff (1 runner/cashier & 1 cook at the back/backend staff) for a FULL house. Kudos!

The serving size has since gotten smaller, but understand its tough times.

But yeah, hope the staff get recognized (June 21, 2025 at around 7:00 pm) —the young female worker with brunette wavy hair was SUPER, hope she gets the credit she deserves! She had great customer service, pace of manning the cashier WHILE prepping and finalizing dishes from the back —shes amazing great work ethic!

Expensive and not worth the cash. My husband didn’t even eat one piece of the cake but they offered no refund. He tasted the cake and it was disgusting 🤢 lemon cake dry 🤮 small snow, meh 🫤

Too bad it’s nice to have variety of desserts here, but they’re acting very out of place with respect to service and business ownership principles

As a Snow and Moon lover, I used to love their tiramisu flavour, it was amazing. Since it hasn’t come back, I finally tried the chocolate one, and honestly, I’m disappointed. For $21, I expected better quality. The “Oreos” aren’t real, the brownies tasted old (twice), and the cookies weren’t fresh either. If we’re paying that much, they should be using real, high-quality ingredients like actual Oreos and Nutella, etc…

The cake was soo stale it was not edible. It was soo dry it felt like it was sitting in the cabinet uncovered for 2-3 days.

We were there about a week ago. We walked in and the guy was on the phone and on his laptop. It took him a good 10 minutes to get to us even tho we kept looking at him indicating we are ready to order. His laptop was very loud sounded like he was watching cartoons. Just a strange experience if you ask me.
