Cool desserts, a bit pricey but very good; decent portions. Very nice staff. Recommended
1. High priced, cheap quality
2. The cake I ordered tasted terrible, and also seemed old
3. The Dubai chocolate they sell is a money grab. It's just a name and picture. The actual product is terrible
Never going again

I use to always hype this place up, we haven’t been in awhile, and I have to say that there must of been a change of ownership. You can see how amazing the quality used to be, and what it looks like now. Lacking a lot of the toppings they used to put and also the size. The guy at the counter was a bit stand off ish. My friend had a gift card she was going to use, and he said she needed to have the receipt in order to use it. Which doesn’t make sense as a gift card. I have to say I probably won’t go back which is super unfortunate
omg this place was so good!!! the gorgeous lady behind the counter (she said her name was anna) was so polite and served my order so quickly. It looked EXACTLY like the photos #notascam. Please go here!!
I ordered a Mango and a Strawberry smoothie, both in large size. Each cost $20 before tax. I’m not sure if it's just me misunderstanding current prices or trends, but no matter how many times I think about it, this price for such small portions is absurd. Additionally, the interior was not clean; dust was caked onto surfaces. I was extremely disappointed. Frankly, I’d rather spend that money going to the 'Yes' buffet, enjoying their food and the ice cream they serve—it would be a better experience both mentally and financially. The Snow and Moon location I visited is the one on Kenaston.
The price is a little high but acceptable for its flavor.
Amazing desert u should try at least once
Amazing ice cream concept! I loved every bite!
I get the strawberry snow every time, I love it here! The moon toast is very good too!

Just wasn't worth it to me, price and product
Clearly they are struggling. Staff has no idea (lack of training or experience). Signs saying hireing all over the place. After ordering we ackwardly stood at the counter and the lady said we could take a seat and they would bring the food and drinks out to us. Instead she placed them on the counter one at a time and called us to grab it ourself. The Place was dirty. And the berry snow had some cross contamination of something that tasted like peanut butter, they didn't have any peanut butter items on the menu tho. Again the young girl at the counter was no help. For a premium price you pay for the desert they give plastic spoons (get proper silverware) . What could have been a good experience left a bad taste in my mouth.
And the seating is not level the bench is sitting like 4 inches higher then the chairs .
Medium bowl size is smaller now. Not worth $16.
My husband and I went there to have a little dessert on sunny hot day. I really enjoyed the mango snow. The snow is made of 100% milk and it is so delicious. Will be back again.
Why’s everything like, 20 bucks.. overpriced.
