The cake was soo stale it was not edible. It was soo dry it felt like it was sitting in the cabinet uncovered for 2-3 days.

We were there about a week ago. We walked in and the guy was on the phone and on his laptop. It took him a good 10 minutes to get to us even tho we kept looking at him indicating we are ready to order. His laptop was very loud sounded like he was watching cartoons. Just a strange experience if you ask me.

Hands down, some of the best dessert I’ve had recently! They use the freshest ingredients and make sure each dish is done the right way. The mango/strawberry snow was especially memorable. Must try!

Snow Triple Berry was served with frozen berries, so you can’t eat them and have to wait. Is it so difficult to unfroze berries before serving?

I could’ve gone to no frills and got a tub of vanilla ice cream and put some mango on it for 1/10 the price and similar quality. The one employee working there was super friendly though.

Went there to use our gift card, told us that we can’t use the gift card without the receipt. Why the sell gift cards to customers if you they cannot use it without the receipt? We asked our friend, who gifted us the gift card worth $50, and she said she doesn’t have it anymore. Now we’re stuck with a useless gift card. We felt ROBBED by them. Our excitement whenever we go there is gone now. I guess we’re not coming back there anymore. $50 gone in the wind, or in the owners pocket i guess.

Very disappointed. My boyfriend and I both thought the snow tasted like ice (not creamy) and ours had very few toppings.
