Was there on Wednesday nov 19th
There was a large table just leaving and there was 1 table of 4, and myself my husband and my son at a booth
This blond young lady came right away to give us water and menu and didnt come back my son had to go and tell them after waiting 15 plus min that were ready to order so she comes we order
Our food and also tea
We didnt get any tea and she never came back to ask how is everything is there anything else u would like nothing never seen her again and we look and she's leaving not a word nothing so we finished and left
Just also want to say we were there on the Saturday before and recieved fantastic service and it was crazy busy and we had better service then we did when there was no people on Wednesday

Went with my spouse for lunch at this iconic Winnipeg restaurant. I have fond memories of Sorrento’s from the eighties and original owner.

Unfortunately within hours and into the next day we both developed severe GI symptoms. As noted by other reviewers the pizza was gooey and the sauce minimal. The feta cheese tasted off. We also had the salad which was accentuated not reminiscent of the past quality and care. We ate a couple of pizza slices and took the rest to go which was quickly moved to the trash.

Finally service very sub par. We were not checked once after food arrived and staff were not attentive.

Sad to see this establishment deteriorate from what the dedicated hard working original owner lovingly created.

Ordered their signature Sorento Salad. It is no longer the same at all. They use green leaf lettuce now that gets wilted easily, the meat is cut so thin you can't taste it, didn't taste any garlic in it like before. Just tastes and looks like a chef salad, 100% different. Will not be going back there again! VERY DISAPPOINTED!

My friend and I just walked in. Didn’t wait long to be seated and we were even advised that we could chose an empty table that we prefer. Our server was so friendly and courteous, as well as, all the other staff. Our food came fast and were tasty.

We went in there for lunch. We had the lunch size, salad and pizza deal.
It was $15 plus tax
The Sorrento salad was delicious. And the two talking pizza was delicious as well. Service was good and friendly. Washrooms nice and clean.

Terrible food, soggy salad. They have small delivery area and won't make an exception even for a $250 order. Garbage website. Each sorrentos has a different website, Regent location redirects you to Grant ave store, which I ordered from by mistake and they don't deliver to my area. Phoned them and I had to tell them 3 times to cancel order. Regent ave location doesn't deliver at all, you have to use Uber eats. Waste of time. And all of them are too expensive. Not worth the money.
