Unless you are over 65 years of age and are Caucasian, do not come here. My family and I waited for 25 minutes, without even being asked if we like a drink. 3 groups that came after us got served but they were all older folks. Also the restaurant was extremely cold and uncomfortable.

Worst pizza l ever had! Hardly any sauce,cheese, or toppings. Used to love it there. What happened? New owners?

My family and I have come here for years. It was a place that served great tasting food with abundant portions. So much so we had left overs. Fantastic for the next day meal.

However over time Sorrento's has changed management and started reducing the quantity of food. Price has gone up and that is to be expected but quality and quantity has severally lacked.

Unfortunately I think ownership rather provide less and ask for more. I have zero issue paying more but I would like more as well.

It's a pity Sorrento's is not the caliber of family dining it once was and likely never will again. Unfortunately as I come here less and less I doubt I will return in the future. It's sad as the food you do get is good. Just the value is not there.

First, the lunch menu is amazing, good food and reasonable prices. The pizza and Sorrento salad combo is delish and plentiful! The wait staff, polite and attentive. I recently had Sorrentos cater the Day after my daughters wedding with 2 full trays of Pasta Penne, Sorrentos salad and Caesar salad and breadsticks for 50 people and the food was piping hot, and the salads amazing! Thank you to the Manager Calvin and staff for the prep work! Great experience.

Left the below review four years ago with 2 stars..well here I am 4 years later. I am leaving with a splitting headache from their phone ringing non stop, the serving staff are litterally running off their feet and are so over worked that they don't even have time to wash their hands to prep a drink. Menues are just thrown on a display and constantly falling which is a fall hazard. They really desperately need help.

The caesar salad was absolutely delicious and the chicken fingers were nice and juicy. The fries were dry and flavorless.

Despite all this....STILL better than RnR down the street.

They are ok. Definitely not a favorite

We ordered the pizza-salad-pasta combo. They kept getting it wrong and when i called the lady manager was so rude. The food is smaller and next to no sauce on the pasta. Go to a restaurant that gives good food and good service.

Liked Sorrentos 20 years ago?Order take out last Fridays, chicken fettuccine was Bland, Sorrentos salad, it doesn't taste the same, and the bread sticks was to doughy, not baked enough. What a waste of $43 won't be back.
