Best burgers in town and possibly the best burger I've ever had. Not a previously frozen patty like everyone's else's. These are hand pressed with seasoning. HUGE slabs of bacon, two kinds of cheeses. A little pricey but you get what you pay for. Just the burger is enough for a meal, if you add the fries, it's a meal for two people. These guys can make a burger. Hats off to them.

Tried the sonic dog, the chili didn’t taste right at all, it literally tasted and smelled sour.
mentioned it to them and they said there’s nothing they can do 😟 wasted $20.

Came here for the first time recently. We had the big boi burger and the bacon burger. We had plain and Cajun chips.

Unfortunately, we missed the notice about there being A LOT of chips with each order, we really only needed half the chips.

The big boi burger was good but it had too many Kraft singles for my personal taste. I really liked the onion and the burger itself. It was supposed to have a burger sauce on it but so couldn’t taste it at all. I got a side of Cajun fries that I really enjoyed. The bacon burger was very good and had a lot of toppings.

We would definitely return and try some of their other burgers….but this time with only 1/2 orders of fries.

Burger was really dry. Had obviously been pre cooked and left to sit there then re cooked.

My fries were about 1/3 burned and way
over salted. Also too pre cooked and re cooked. ( I know what blanching is, that wasn’t due to blanching)

The only fresh thing there was the bun.

Two basic burgers, 1 fries and one water was $37 bucks. Oh it was an up charge for mayo.
We threw out about 2/3 of our meal.

Yeah won’t be rushing back !

Really disappointing I don’t like being played.
Ravi you can do better

I had ordered once before a long time ago and had a poor experience, but decided to give them another try after some friends said they enjoyed their burgers. I ordered the Golden Fat Boy Burger and it was delicious! The burger patty was fresh and had good flavour. The chili that goes on the burger is different from that of other burger joints. It is very good, and a nice change. It's got more of a tomato-pepper flavour, and is just a touch spicier. Be careful, it is very red, so don't get it on your clothes! The only recommendation for the restaurant would be to ensure that if there are some burnt fries that can be removed before putting toppings on and serving to a customer please remove them. There were a few fries that were unpleasant to eat, and I couldn't tell they were burnt because they covered in chili. It is more expensive to eat here than at other burger joints, and I'm still torn on whether it is worth the price but I would order again. I would recommend going in person rather than ordering through whichever mobile ordering app they're on.

I had a wonderful time out with my family, enjoying every moment to the fullest! My expectations were met at every turn, especially thanks to Victor at the counter—he truly went above and beyond. His service was nothing short of excellent!

There was a hair stuck into my fries. After reading the reviews, this appears to be a common occurrence. Yikes!

Great food quick for portion size and service was possibly in need of a quick break but did business first which was great 👍

So I decided to try out this place yesterday and the service was excellent, but the food was very disappointed. I had the bacon cheeseburger. Which there was only one strip of bacon i wouldn't even call it a strip. It was two small pieces, and the Patty was dry and under seasoned, and then I also had the garlic chips, which were also under season and underwhelming. And when I got home before I ate, I noticed there was a hair in the fries, and I never opened a box until I got home and it was stuck in it. And it looks like they put no care into boxing it up because there's fries and sauce everywhere, just soaking. It looked like they tossed the fries in the box and then added the burger. I will not be coming back.

I hidden Gem in St James area. Might be a tad more expensive compared to McDonalds or Wendy’s but I feel it’s worth it. Place might appear to be a tad sketchy but don’t let that scare you off.;This is Winnipeg after all. Parking in the area is limited but most of the parking is behind the building. Service has always been good. Staff are friendly. The menu is pretty big but if you’re craving burgers, fries, poutine, hot dogs or a thick milkshake this is the place to go. Portions are quite large so for most humans getting the burger and fries will fill you up. This place has a lot of local Manitoba flair, using things like dill sauces on your burger. They have a wide range of beef or chicken burgers. The burgers are pretty messy so don’t go wearing your favourite light shirts. Be prepared to get some sort of sauce all over you. The fries are awesome! They give you the option to put normal salt, Cajun salt or cinnamon salt which is pretty cool. They have some seating but it’s quite limited. Would be best to grab it to go and take it home or to a nearby park. I’ve been here multiple times and have never had issues. Will be continue to go in the future! If you’re military or a first responder you get 10%.
