Some staff needs to learn customer service and help serve. Looks like they are just there to visit

The PSL today was perfect, but it seems like they got a new system for mobile orders because this is the second time my order has been a mess for them to find. I ordered two different drinks, but the drive thru attendant only gave me one, and took a while to find and hand me the other one.. it does say ‘dt’ on the sticker maybe separate and organize the orders that way? Same issue for the last order I had a week prior, they had no idea what my 2nd item was.
I thought it would be quicker for ordering but I don’t know anymore. Or maybe I didn’t give them enough time to prepare? - Idk it could be me, but still.

Absolutely horrible. I do not mind waiting but when it takes 30 minutes to make two drinks, that is completely unacceptable. I cannot imagine how long the people in front of me were waiting. Customer service was awful, one of the worst I have seen at starbucks locations.

It's so so and staff are nice but if you make an order and also use stars beware as your stars will be redeemed twice and leave you in a negative balance as I had less than 400 stars so enough to only redeem for 1 drink and still have a leftover balance. For some reason, something went wrong and I ended up at minus 11 stars even though I only ordered the one drink at the drive thru using stars.. I sent in customer service my pictures but nothing was fixed as the emails and chat are only answered by ai and robots. I also did not get my 200 stars for a promotion that I was completing which was on a second orde and i sent them pictures on that too. If you write in to customer service, within 2 days they assign you a new incident number and they don't keep any notes or previous emails you have sent in on your issue so you have to start from scratch each time. Also, their app has not worked in years as it will say it's an error. This is even after reseting your password a few times as per customer service, if you even get the password reset email as usually it doesn't come. They need to bring back the app they had before covid as that was the last time that it worked properly. Or if you log in on the website, you should be able to make orders, redeem stars, load money to your card, view your transactions and access/active any current email promotions as customer service told me 2 years ago that this would be possible and still there are no promotions or progress that you can see on the website and the other things I mentioned rarely work if you can even log in. Though the website works slightly better than the app because at least I can log in at times. Most of the time I just have to use my card picture or physical card.

I just went to starbucks at Ellice Avenue for Doordash Order. The girl name CALLY , She treated me very well and behave very respectfully.THis is the first ever Food location i went after very long time , where workers talk nicely to delivery drivers.??????.Will come back as Customer for sure ? .

Always nice to be greeted with a smile. The only small issue was our mocha was made in a take out cup, when a mug was requested. Just pouring the made mocha from a paper cup to a mug ruins your foam and texture. Maybe a small thing, but at $6.50 a pop, you want to enjoy it.

Got a Venti Dragon Fruit Refresher today, asked for my normal order of Light Ice, Half Water, Half Lemonade, with Extra Berries. I was expecting the three extra berry's than normal. But WHOEVER MADE THIS ONE KNOWS WASSUP. Half the cup was berries and made my day. I wish they were all made like that when I ask for Extra Berries.

We got customer service by simran.Her way of talking was awesome. I never tried star buck so i asked her to recommend something she recommended these drinks which are really awesome. And thats for sure i will be coming again to this starbucks and i hope to served by simran.

Went to this location as it close to Polo Park and was impressed by great customer service from Jovel. He took time and explained my order and very friendly. Will definitely come back.
Worst starbucks location! They would always mess up my order and would argue everytime. I hope they get better employees
