i’ve gone back to this place multiple times and almost everytime i’ve gone i am severely disappointed, my mango dragon lemonade with extra inclusions looked like water with floating dragon fruit pieces. when we asked for more inclusions because the drink was clear the man serving us gave us attitude and said “it will have to cost extra” i didn’t get his name but he’s larger short hair guy with a mustash. i don’t think there was any inclusions in the first place, we were respectful and weren’t upset because things happen i usually shrug it off and deal with it excusing it with maybe they were having a off day, but it’s happened to many times at this location for me to shrug it off

The cashier doesn’t know how to split money in PoS. I mean whats the point of working if you don’t know basic things. Make them learn a bit of customer service.

NEVER leave the drive through without checking your order first. My mistake one I wont make again. I wanted to reorder a drink Id had so I order at the drive through, strawberry frap SUB whole milk for sweet cream. Ended up with no milk and sweet cream on top. Didn't realize til I got back to work and couldnt go back to say something. I hate drive through at Starbucks.

I had a $10 gift card. It was super busy, I ordered a tall London fog latte and a turkey croissant. The price exceeded the $10 gift card by $3 dollars(pricey). I waited for longer than I wanted to. My food was ready first, it was small. I stood by the garbage and decided to eat. I took a bite and immediately spit it. Yuck, I don't like eggs. They got my order wrong. It was a ham and egg croissant. It was to busy to complain. I ended up tossing the rest. After a few more minutes I finally got my London fog, it was a little too sweet. Overall I wouldn't go back(unless I had another gift card) Not worth it.
