Worst service I have ever experienced. Refused to allow me to ask for light ice in my drink. Horrible and will never return.

It's fine as most of the Starbucks.

Usual Starbucks except for this time. My wife wraps her retainer in a napkin as she can’t eat or drink with it in. You guessed it, threw it out with the rest of our garbage. She only noticed 2hrs later when we got home
As it’s a $500 retainer we panicked to the store and a very helpful Joshua kindly went with us to the bin which had not yet thrown in the big garbage bin.
We would’ve taken the bag home but Joshua very kindly dived right in, and luckily, found it for us.
So, long story, happy ending but Joshua needs a huge reward for looking after us.
We’ll be stopping by with a thank you gift soon

Cashier would not make drink as requested when have ordered it no problem every other Starbucks, even when told this.
Would give no stars if possible. Terrible service.

My sister and I typically love getting drinks from Starbucks whenever she’s in the city. We typically pass on the Taylor location because previously the drinks were as good as other locations. Today being on a small time frame and it being close by we placed a pickup order, let’s just say both of our drinks were once again a little disappointing. I had ordered a venti strawberry matcha with sc cold foam and light lice, it felt like drink only took up just over half the cup and the “sc cold foam” looks and tasted like shaken milk bubbles, which filled the rest. This is nothing on the attitude of the workers as they are all friendly and welcoming. I know it’s a busy location just maybe looking for a little more attention to drink quality with each order:)

I had a very great experience yesterday. Komal is one of the most helpful employees I’ve ever come across at any Starbucks. She goes above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect. I’ve never seen someone so dedicated and kind. she truly makes the whole experience better! Thanks 🙏 komal to help us. Really appreciate 😊

The last few times my through drive there have been errors with my order other wise then being over priced its not bad
