Havent eaten here yet so can't comment on food. Staff is always fast and friendly, my only issue is quite often there are no open tables..as it is busy most of the time.

Best Starbucks service in Canada! I had a pumpkin spice latte in the afternoon and the staff serving during this time (around 6:30 PM, September 20, 2024) was amazing! Super friendly and all smiling! 😊 Totally enjoyed their service! 😊

I really like the staff and the sturdy worktable. Very nice relaxed atmosphere; busy enough but not crowded. A good place to drink coffee, read, and knit!

I order at the drive thru, and I'm handed a fork, presumably for the cheddar chive bakes... first time, as they always put it in the package with the bake bites, but whatever. Muffin and bake bites handed to me next. They shoved a spoon in with the bites, and the bites are mangled, looks like they were squished or dropped and shoved in the bag.
The cold brew ordered, they decide to shake that for me, which to me is not what I ordered, I enjoy it the way it's done in the picture, it tastes better. I also think a customer can swirl it themselves if they so choose.
I also ordered a pup cup for my dog. The guy at the window actually asks me if I got that yet. Um... you're the one handing me stuff. Seriously? It was a drink, muffins, bake bites and a pup cup. Nobody else in the drive thru, and no one inside.
Terrible quality, poor service. I'll never go here again.

I was given a gift card from Starbucks from someone who clearly doesn't know me well as I'm not a coffee drinker of any kind LOL. I don't do coffee shops/cafés.
I thought I'd buy treats to use up the card. I bought a chocolate filled croissant, a blueberry muffin, a chocolate chip cookie, a slice of lemon loaf and a lil treat size pack of dark chocolate covered almonds.
My friends and I sampled all the treats.
None of them were very good and I would never have gotten any of them had I not had a gift card to use. I would never pay that kind of money for any of that baking!
The chocolate covered almonds were also very overpriced but tasted the best!

My order took over 15 minutes. To top it off, a barista assumed a coloured man was the Door Dash driver and kept trying to hand him the bag despite him saying it wasn’t his. Not impressed overall.

The Starbucks on Taylor has to be one of the worst run stores in the country. Quite often especially around holidays they are out of the themed gift cards. And then today I went to get the new Berry Lemonade Refresher and I was told that they were sold out!! How is it possible that you sell out of a drink that you had just started on a Tuesday at 4:00 in the afternoon!! I drove five minutes down to road to the one on Stafford/Corydon and got it there.

Friendly staff and good coffee make for an enjoyable experience.

Great place for school work or business meetings. Maddy is the star of the show!!! She is my #1 fav barista in the city.
