If there was zero stars , i would give this branch , many time they’ve missed up my orders and made an exchange , I personally do not like ordering here, but today’s case was one that left me totally embarrassed and made me feel less of myself
I placed an order via the app around 12:25pm today and choose in store pickup . Unknown to the Baristas , I was right in the store . Immediately my order came in , they all started making jest and fun of the order , with some baristas saying they do not want to make it and passing it around . When it was finally accepted by a barista , they all kept making jest and fun of the order all throughout the process and passing side comments!! , I witnessed all these live , mind you the whole cafe also heard and saw all these shenanigans as they were quite loud
When the order was finally ready , a barista held it up and about 3 or 4 other baristas surrounded her and they were all making bad remarks and commenting about the order . When I finally stood up to Collect the order , I was embarrassed as everyone including the other customers were all looking at me like I’m some sort of weird human being based on the previous remarks made about the order from the onset !
I have never been embarrassed in my entire life until today , just because I placed an order and used a name another barista suggested at Greencrest plaza , which was “extra light Ice” .. they all made jest of me and my order like I was some sort of weird human being !!
I eventually collected the drink and the entire cafe embarrassed me with looks till I left ! Never have I felt so embarrassed and treated so badly for a service I paid for ! THIS IS BAD ! I FEEL SO DOWN AND EMBARRASSED ! CANT GET THIS OUT OF MY HEAD

nothing necessarily horrible about this starbucks. but i always get the same drink. a pink drink with vanilla cold foam and it never curtles but my first time here it curtled like crazy and i had to throw it away.

Can I say 3.75🌟 everything was good. Table tops a little worn out, coffee great staff friendly. Washrooms were clean but had an overpowering smell of bleech. Maybe its just me.

Every morning, I stroll from the Holiday Inn where I'm staying to grab a latte at the nearby Starbucks on Pembina Highway. This particular location has an older charm but exudes a welcoming vibe, complete with a patio for outdoor seating. It tends to get lively, especially with kids, likely due to a nearby school. The staff are fantastic and my morning lattes are consistently spot on.

Wish it was open later hours. This location seems like the earliest closing Starbucks in the city. Which is a shame cause it’s so close to my home
It's hit and miss at this location for drinks. When youre paying over 9.00 for a drink it should be consistant and made correctly. They also don't allow light ice which is weird.

Almost $4 for a regular drip coffee + staff expect a tip but can't be bothered to measure cream or stir the coffee. And you never know if your coffee will be hot & fresh or cold & stale. They have an Asian woman who works the drive through. If she's there the coffee will always be fresh. If she's not there you don't know what you're getting.
Yesterday my coffee was absolutely disgusting. This place was a regular stop for me just because it's on my way to where I go. Now I'll be going out of my way to stop somewhere else.
