Everywhere online (including the actual Starbucks website) says this location is open until 9:00pm. I got in line at 7:45pm (it was long) but was told the store was closed and to leave at 8:00pm when I was one person away from placing my order. At least update your hours so they are accurate online instead of wasting people's time.

This morning, I visited the Starbucks at Winnipeg Airport and had a very disappointing experience. I didn’t know how to order, and instead of helping me, the staff laughed at me, which was very embarrassing. When I asked for the employee’s name to report the behavior, they refused to give it to me. As a customer, I expected kindness, patience, and basic respect — especially in an airport setting where many travelers may be unfamiliar with the process. I hope management addresses this and trains their staff to treat everyone with dignity.

So like in the morning there’s always a SUPER long line. The workers usually work fast tho so that’s amazing👍🏽 also it’s not uncommon for them to be out of something I want so that’s always super sad
