This place used to be a good location and was one of the reliable airport Starbucks I could count on. Not so, anymore. Lack of training and lack of intelligence behind the counter now has made it yet another location where customer service has gone down the drain.I got overcharged for my drink. When I pointed it out the girl rang it through again and it was still too much. She said, "it is what it is" lol. Like, no. You can't just put in the information incorrectly and charge me more because you don't know how to do your job.Then the drink - a very popular, common drink (the Pistachio latte) - was not made properly. It's like they didn't steam the milk correctly. Wholly dissatisfying.

Gouda bacon Egg sandwich is very good and they have sugar free flavor that is like! I don’t normally rate Starbucks a 5 but the Tim Hortons was terrible so go to Starbucks if you are at the airport trying to choose which one to go to.

My only complaint is that they heat the food WAY too hot! I couldn’t even hold it in the package with the sandwich as it was scolding.

Worst experience. Asked for dark roast. They have none. Settled for medium roast. Asked for heavy cream....they have none....Asked for Splenda they said it was out at station. Asked for my points to be used was told they don't 'do points' if I am using the starbucks app. They would appy points if I had the physical card. I supplied the physical card and found thyy had not used my points. The server said she forgot and it was too late now. I said to cancel the order and she says the can't do refunds without a supervisor and she is on a break. I asked when she would be back and was told 'don't know'. I asked for the supervisor's name and contact info and was told they can't give out that info. I cant believe I agreed to wait until they brewed new coffee (since I had paid for it). Now they ran out of coffee and had to make more....when I got the coffee they told me they had put sugar twin in the coffee. I have an allergy to something in sugartwin; hence asking for Splenda. The server said it is the same thing. They are all in yellow packages. I will be contacting Starbucks. But beware of this starbucks. Poor staff. Poor service and poor supply. A number of people were asking for items that they were out of. Such as no 'chai', no dark roast, no heavy cream, no Splenda, no supervisor........

First thing I heard come out of the employee’s mouth when I got there was “I’ve only been here 10 minutes and I already don’t want to be here.” Her not wanting to be there reflected on her service and made the rest of my experience not enjoyable. An unpleasant experience and not kind staff. Unfortunate when they say they deliver excellent customer service

They had one girl on who new what she was doing but the other 2 did not. Paid 17$ for 2 coffee Frappuccinos that were mostly ice. So disappointing ?

First time i was charge extra $1.25 for requesting less ice.. seriously?.. Ive been to 22 countries and i always drop by at starbucks everytime i use the airport and only this branch charge me extra for requesting less ice? Is this a new standard now? Always a pleasant experience at this Starbucks location. The ladies working are so kind and now remember my order, which makes my experience that much better. There can be a wait sometimes but that, of course, is subject to flights and time at the airport but, even so, they manage to get us through fast and efficiently. They could probably use an extra hand at these times.
