For the price of 3.19 CAD for one medium double/double with taxes and plus tips, you cold do your job a bit better.
Instead of Double/Double I got a Black Coffe without sugar or cream at all.

I hate that I’m writing this because I am someone that comes there literally every single day & I adore my during the week staff. I usually buy the same 2 things & I’m always polite the odd day I get that they run behind but I’m not quite sure who they have being booked on Sundays but every single Sunday I order our coffee before we leave our house (we live 15 minutes away) and still end up waiting 10-20 extra minutes this is an insane wait time. Maybe management needs to book more people on Sundays today I left with out mine and my husband beverages because we were going to be late for our class after waiting 25 minutes for coffee. Now we have to make an extra stop on our way back after class so I don’t lose out on the money I spent.

I come here regularly and the staff seem to be less and less effective and friendly at every visit. In their defense it is a very busy location and I feel like they could have more staff working. It's also the highest prices at any Starbucks in Winnipeg. It's nearly 8$ for any latte. Other locations are sometimes an entire dollar less.

messed up my order so bad and i asked for them to remake and said no would not recommend unless u want terrible customer service and a terrible tasting drink that they messed up.

Staff pleasant & helpful. My issue is with the space… it’s very small and does not appear to be used efficiently. Very few tables ( which are pretty worn) and when you have singles sitting at tables with their laptops for several hours, space is very limited. I’m sure the space could be configured better to use the space better. Perhaps a ‘bar’ at which the laptop singles could sit at?

DO NOT GET YOUR COFFEE HERE VIA MOBILE ORDER.
I waited over 35 minutes and left empty handed. 1 of 3 drinks was ready after 35 minutes, the lady said she could not do anything as there were a lot of orders. BETTER if you order from the counter. Left and went to another branch - my order was done in 5 minutes. Never coming back to this branch. Also they put orders on the ground.

Even though it was busy, the staff were still taking the time to build and maintain a positive atmosphere. I really appreciated that Lorenzo (on bar/drinks), would announce the name of an order when he was starting them. I really wish other locations would adopt this policy.
