Took my family out for a special treat on Christmas Eve. The girl behind the till was all over the place. Couldn't answer any questions and was going to over charge me for my order. Then I received my order of 3 double chocolate chip frappuccino and a creme Brule coffee and my frappuccino was nothing but pieces of ice. When I got to the bottom of my drink there was a piece of ice the size of a golf vall. Not what I was expecting when you pay top dollar for a drink. What a terrible experience at this location. Won't be returning.

The only two times I’ve been I had horrible experiences at this establishment.
Recently Danica was incredibly RUDE after I had kindly explained my allergies,, instead of explaining what the regular procedure for an iced drink is, she talked down to me like I should know how drinks are made. I’m sorry but I am not a Starbucks employee. One star

My second time at this location and both times the staff were quite rude. I must say their customer service was definitely lacking. We stopped in quickly to grab some hot drinks after an evening of family fun, only to be met with rude gestures by two staff. I understand it was at the end of their work day, but this does not give them the right to treat their customers like they are second class citizens which is what they made us feel like while being ‘served’ by them.
Starbuck staff at this location need to do better!
I definitely will not be returning to this location again.

Avoid this location at all costs if you are going in to order. Went there tonight right before closing after going tobaganning. We were all in good spirits when we got there but our mood quickly turned sour when I got a side eye from the barista with blonde hair in a bun shortly after we got there. Also got the biggest stare down and eye roll on our way out. There were still 2 customers after us so it’s not like we were the last ones there and there was also a vehicle in the drive thru.

Completely disrespectful to me and my mother, second time I’ve been to this location and they are rude every time. How they treat you is based on race and what colour of skin you have. Everyone working there is completely racist and condescending, if you are in the area and would like Starbucks I suggest going to the 1-1581 Regent Ave W location they are so welcoming and nice compared to this location.
Your welcome for the business Starbucks, hire better employees.

Asked for a small decaf americano. Tasted like diluted coffee water. The barista seemed irritated that I asked for cream and sugar. Why not just leave it out for customers to use? Also got irritated I asked for a cup of water. For a company that specializes in coffee this is a major miss.

Oh why did Starbucks close the most perfect coffee shop? Just do they can have a drive thru? It’s smaller and less seating. Feel so sorry for the staff in the winter as the new location doesn’t have a wind break. Hope they get sick pay.

I know I ain't the first one who complained about the staff named Christa. She had the worst attitude to be in this field, I've seen her arguing with other customers all the time, and today she was fighting with us for requesting her to remake a drink.

I stopped going to the Henderson branch years ago. Becuz of the mgr. Guess who the new mgr here is? She's the same. Has her workers afraid to even say good morning.. this mgr had a scowl on her face ..why is she even working. Stay in the back room and count stock..terrible mgr. It's sad. Cause the people who actually work are great. By the amount of bad reviews. Head office should take notice
