I called the girl Ingrid who made my drink made the excuse that without whipped topping it gets a flat lid... That math ain't mathing! How do I get a straw in the tiny slit THAT IS MEANT FOR LIQUID 🤦🏽♀️🤦🏽♀️🤣🤣🤣🤣 like I can't with these kids these days. Just so everyone knows.... 1+1= anything they'd like at Starbucks, Nevermind your the customer. It doesn't matter. Pay 10$ from your drink and they'll make it how they want. Period. Starbucks math. Now I remember why I stopped going for 3 months and I went everyday my usual drink is 13$ so do the math on what I spend to just have to complain. HENCE THE DAMN GOOGLE REVIEW! I'm over whomever did the training! Hire my consulting company, see what your customers actually say and what you can work on. Cause without us... There is no job for you.

It’s funny I went to add a review and it says I left one star 2 years ago. Consistently hostile I guess. I’m not sure why I deserve hostility at 6:30am, just trying to order coffee I didn’t sign up for your baggage. I come to this one cause it’s always quiet and I guess there’s a reason for that. I should mention not all of them are rude, just the odd one.

This location is one of the very few that still feels like a classic sitting cafe from the nineties. Despite the modern aesthetic, the music feels very mid ninties folk alternative and the staff feel like friends youd meet at 11 pm and talk to for four hours in 1995 As a Gen X lad, i appreciate the hidden qualities of this place. Also a version of a mojito? No complaints. Youll love it here and youll love to lose tine here as well.

Red-hair/shaved headed lady was so rude and should not be working in a customer service environment if she's gonna have a horrible attitude towards people who are paying for drinks and food.

Well like most people in the reviews here I too had a bad experience with a staff member. She has dyed red hair with shaved sides and man she needed to go out outside and enjoy the sun or something but she was rude and seemingly miserable. I get if someone is rude to you to not give them fake kindness back (people who are unnecessarily rude to customer service employees are awful) but if someone is kind or even neutral what reason do you have to be rude? The worst part of customer service are the customers, but you should take the good ones and run with that because there's some awful people out there so don't treat the good ones poorly because of your own personal issues or biases. Starbucks employees are surprisingly intolerant for a company that boasts tolerance and inclusion, funny how that works.

Terrible service. Slow. Went to pick up my mobile order. Waited forever. They tried to give me a different order for person with same name. Said they didn’t have my order. Walked in to store and it was sitting on the counter after I specifically said it might be on the pick up counter. Incompetent
Love the new location as it makes it a quick pitstop from Lag. Always love getting my latte from here and the cute messages on the cup make my mornings. Service is always great & the staff are super friendly!

Yes, love my Starbucks! Got a Pink drink, which is strawberry with coconut apart from my usual caramel drink.. And I appreciate the pretty awesome lady at the drive thru that one evening 💜

Every single time i come here im disappointed. It always takes forever. And the staff seem like they hate their job. Just today i went thru the drive thru, i lost my voice so handed the girl a paper. She rudely says “it wouldve been easier if you came inside” ok thats fine, but you dont have to be rude about it. There wasnt anyone else in the drivethru either. Like quit if you hate it that much
