The staff was amiable; however, the wait times to get your drink were crazy. I waited more than 30 minutes to get my latte and lemon loaf. Why do they only have one hot latte/espresso machine for such a busy location?

I recently had a very disappointing experience at this starbucks. I ordered a latte and was served one made with sour milk. When I requested a remake, they used the same carton of sour milk. Upon asking for a refund, I observed that they returned the bad milk carton to the fridge, potentially to be used for other customers' drinks.
Unfortunately, the staff, including what appeared to be the manager, did not seem to care. I advise others to be cautious when ordering here.

I am not a Starbucks regular, but I was in the area needed a caffeine fix, and they were right next door to where I was. I got nothing fancy, just an Americano to go, and the service was fast. The coffee was hot. Ad the staff member was very friendly.

I hate the new renos. Not sure the reason as to why they removed the seating area but it really took away the Cafe feel. Now you can only stand against the wall and wait for your order since there's only a narrow walkway from the door. People stand in front of you because there's no space for customers to wait inside. Still waiting to see if they'll put tables outside this summer. Would be nice. Also last few times I tried ordering via mobile app at this location they're out of all the refreshers (to be fair there was a b1g1 for refreshers, but still maybe prepare for that??) So missed out on points I planned to earn and wasn't able to order mobile last time for some reason. But when I do order here it's usually very friendly staff and It's exactly what I ordered, only exception was one time idk if they put rancid milk in or something, but it made me very sick not even halfway into the drink. Please watch the dates on important ingredients like that, please.
