Hands down has to be one of the worst run Starbucks in Winnipeg, over a half hour wait for a black iced coffee is ridiculous

The blonde girl with glasses was extremely rude. I was in the middle of explaining an issue with my drink and she closed the drive-thru window on me mid-sentence. No acknowledgement, no attempt to help just shut the window in my face. Unacceptable service.

The coffee prices here are more expensive than at other locations for some reason. Can also be very slow at this location. This is the closest location to where I live but ill often go out of my way to go to a different one.

Ordered a pumpkin cream cold brew… was given a pumpkin chai. Ordered a strawberry refresher and they added less ice and no strawberries??? Drive through took 17 minutes with 4 people in front of me. Girl at the window didn’t even apologize for the wait.

This is the Starbucks I go to all the time as this one that always makes the drinks perfectly even when they are super busy. Sadly I had probably the worst coffee I’ve ever had today around 6:55am that was 90% milk/cream taste. I was actually upset and in disbelief of how bad it tasted. I would have gone back but I needed to go to work. I will be reaching out to the manager about it

The staff were SUPER helpful this past week when I requested used coffee grinds (grinds for gardens program), a requested as much as possible expecting not a lot but they went above and beyond. I got as many as I needed and in the past from other locations I have received them with garbage in them, which not the biggest deal, but it was so so appreciated because it was both what I needed and clean, and just grinds! I have also previously gotten drinks from here and it was great service then and done right. The person that helped me acquire the grinds and went above and beyond, if I'm not mistaken with what I overheard, was Ernesto so special thanks to them!

Had to ask about a pick up that should have been ready several minutes before.

I regularly visit 4 Starbucks in the city. The St Annes location is so so bad. Regularly out of food items, the drive thru is painfully slow and the people working the drive thru always seem distracted. Twice recently after handing me half my order and saying 'thanks have a nice day' I had to remind them I had also ordered a second hot drink.

This location needs to take lessons from the Corydon/Stafford location - that place is hopping, super busy but rarely a long wait, phenomenally trained staff who give you that old school Starbucks feeling that customers matter.

I'll be taking a bit of extra time out of my commute and going to Empty Cup in Sage Creek.
