Not the fault of employees but a corporate greed. You come in for your drink to find out 46+ drinks to be made before yours. Would you imagine waiting for Starbucks for over an hour? People who placed mobile order waiting to get it for another 30 ish minutes? Why corporate greed? Don not offer get one get one off drink if you do not have enough employees to accommodate for it. Poor employees honestly doing their best but super stressed. And no I just came in and ordered 1 drink so I am not a part of the “line problem”. It’s about time to boycott Starbucks because clearly among other things they do not care for their employees.

Slowest starbucks I have been to! I order my drink in advance when I am about 7 minutes away and still end up having to wait 10 minutes for my drink to be ready. The drinks compared to other stores are mediocre, especially their cold brew, it tastes off or is extremely watered down. The new space is brutal, no places to sit. For a nice renovation they sure found a way to destroy the store. I will rather drive to other starbucks near by.

Can't take drink orders properly and no one ever answers the phone. Second time this week I got home with the wrong order. Order sugar free and get sugar.

It's the one of my favourite Starbuck before, they got amazing drink but it's so terrible drink now. I gave a chance for a few time to this location but the same service drink so bad and very long waiting. So bad for for this location

Used to visit this location almost every second day before the renovations. Was so sad they closed for a little while and didn't realize they reopened. Visited again and super friendly baristas as always.

Went here to go study only to realize they got rid of all their tables and chairs. Complete waste of renovation and square footage if you’re taking away the one feature that actually enticed customers to stay. Extremely disappointed.

As I walked in, I was astounded by the newly renovated store on St Anne's SouthGlen approx 345pm, on Feb 1st.The openness caught my eye,, only until I realized that something was missing..There are no tables or chairs.Why would a store that was built 15+ years, not include a place to sit?(And yes, I remember when the store was built in an empty parking lot)The many stores in the strip mall, the Personal Care home across the street. Especially in this day and age,where are people supposed to socialize?The gal says,, but there's a drive - thru ?,, so much for the people looking forward to a nice coffee and conversation.

Agree with other reviewers after their delayed renos....Starbucks started its successes thanks to customers who could relish a premium experience and this is out the window w/o the sit in dining area. I was extremely disappointed with this new direction for business model. It seems this location forgot its roots and I will not be supporting this location for business anymore via drive-thru or pickup. I hope it takes these comments to heart and you are going to lose customers/business this way...poor students and social gatherers have no more place to hang out...Sad!Parking: fineKid-friendliness: not friendly
