I had an issue with my coffee grinds from another location, and Ellie was super helpful in getting it sorted out. I come to this Starbucks a few times a week, and she’s always friendly and cheerful, greeting everyone with a smile.

Don't get me wrong, the staff is very friendly, but when I ask for an iced white mocha they never give me whip cream on top like literly every single other place does. Why is that? Or is it not supposed to but every other place adds it? Just annoying.

I had a very disappointing experience at Starbucks today around 11:20AM. The staff was extremely rude and unprofessional. On top of that, their behavior was outright racist, which is completely unacceptable. I expected better from a brand like Starbucks. This kind of treatment should not be tolerated, and I hope management addresses this issue seriously.
