Last friday, I visited this coffee spot, such a welcoming atmosphere thanks to Vidhi! She’s an amazing barista who made my drink with absolute perfection. I really enjoyed chatting with her—she’s so friendly and kind. Vidhi truly made my visit special. Can’t wait to come back

Customer service is awful and very rude. I waited for more than a minute to place an order inside with no one in line, watching a staff member write on a clipboard in front of the cash register rather than take my order. I waited another 5 minutes for my drink. Prices are way too high and drink sizes way too small, and of terrible quality. I paid more than $6 for a small cup of slightly flavoured hot water instead of a latte.
Had an awful experience here and I can see from the reviews many others have too. I really don't recommend going here.

I showed up at 7:13pm to get 2 coffees…. Medium black coffee…. Got told I couldn’t because they didn’t have any coffee and that they weren’t making anymore. What kind of coffee shop doesn’t have coffee?? Ridiculous service. Ashamed and will never comeback and support this business again. Do better

Every time I go here, I’m greeted with a smile. The staff is the kindest and so joyful. It’s also a great spot to study while sipping on your latte.

Some staffs are amazing and some are totally opposite. Makes wrong order and then we we ask them to change it … shows so much attitude … honestly giving TIM HORTONS vibes

I like the coffee here but the place is not maintained well. Garbage on the floor and insects flying around. Hope they clean it regularly.

The coffee was good but not many seats to drink inside. The staves were busy because of a drive through. They were okay but sad they didnt ask my name for the pickup . Overall not bad but less space.

If you can go to a different location, would recommend it. Long wait times and they rarely get the order right. The consistently poor service here is not worth the cost.
