I went here to get a Java Chip drink, but sadly they didn’t make it because they said it’s out of stock or whatever but they recommended me something else very similar to it. It was so nice. They were very cool and very kind. Thank you.

Don't get me wrong, the staff is very friendly, but when I ask for an iced white mocha they never give me whip cream on top like literly every single other place does. Why is that? Or is it not supposed to but every other place adds it? Just annoying.

I had a very disappointing experience at Starbucks today around 11:20AM. The staff was extremely rude and unprofessional. On top of that, their behavior was outright racist, which is completely unacceptable. I expected better from a brand like Starbucks. This kind of treatment should not be tolerated, and I hope management addresses this issue seriously.

I have been coming into this Starbucks location for 3years or so and never had any issues but today “Saturday 8th March 2025 around 10am” New Starbucks staff wearing specs really made me so mad that I had to write review- she misplaced my order in first place and she was acting like it was my fault that I came up and confronted about that misplacement.I don’t know her name but she is very rude and just be careful she might ruin your order too.

Friendly staff. TERRIBLE place. blasts terrible dance music at 9am on a saturday. Can't even hear yourself think. Want to read a book? chat? Think? Go somewhere else

Always hot coffee and warm food! Super friendly staff that go above and beyond. I have never been inside and always pick up in the drive thru, so I'm not too sure about the inside atmosphere. They always have my mobile order ready, and it's never once been wrong or cold. It's one of my favourite Starbucks locations in the city❤️

Drinks were okay, but I noticed a lady working who who had long dark brown hair below her shoulders had her hair hanging down and almost in the food. She was also pretty rude when I asked when my drink was going to be made, after waiting for 10 minutes.

DO NOT GO TO THIS STARBUCKS!
Today I went to this location before closing and the Indian girl at the window was so rude. I would rate the customer service zero star but there isn’t option for that. After a long wait for my drink, when she handed over the drink I said “Thank you, Have a Goodnight.” to which she didn’t responded. Then i saw that the drink was overflowing and the form was all over the top of cup. I waited another 3-5 minutes to get her attention to open up the drive through window so that i can ask her to clean it. She was standing at the window all the time but just ignored me and didn’t bother to ask my concern. She was laughing with the other staff members and showing me attitude. After 3-5 i had to honk my car horn to get her attention. Things don’t end up here. When i showed her that she overflowed the drink, she had a weird face. I ask her to clean it, she handed me tissue papers….are you serious? I am paying up $8 for a small drink and have to clean up the mess she created. Never experienced such things at STARBUCKS! Go sit home if you don’t know your job. She acting like a canadian born, but we know where do she came from.
