You’re lucky to see more than one employee working at this Starbucks at any given time.
Aside from the horribly slow service in an awkward location, they have messed up my order a ridiculous amount of times.

I asked for the Iced Apple Crisp Nondairy Chai drink that was featured on the menu, the cashier took a long time trying to find it on the till and neither employee really knew was it was. I had ordered this drink a few times before at other locations and this one didn’t quite taste the same, they also forgot to add the foam on top and filled the cup with almost more ice than drink.

Needs more staff. Always a line and one person working. Staff doesn’t seem overly friendly either. Kinda cold. Kiosk is clean and items taste fine. Fyi rewards cannot be used at this location.

I have recently started drinking double Espresso for the Caffeine kick in minimum volume. My usual has sadly, been Tim's because it's very close by. A pretty low bar to set. Today I thought I'd try an upgrade because Tim's is bottom of the barrel so I tried a Starbucks in our local Safeway. My comments are for the quality of the Espresso not the baristas and customer service. I had a double shot of Blonde Espresso, not the the decaf one, and I didn't find any difference between Starbucks and Tim's except the price was $1 more. Tim's had crema and Starbucks didn't have any. It was served in a regular size coffee cup, I don't know if Starbuck's does the Espresso size cup, but it just felt sloppy.

Staff were very quiet and cold, then very rude when I went to wait for my drinks. Made fun of what I ordered to each other while I was about 5 ft away. It's not a big deal to have your own judgements, everyone does, but at least wait until someone is gone to make fun of their order.

I would love to be able to understand how "steamed milk" is too complicated of an order to complete successfully. No, there was no extras. No, there were no requests to change the temperature or consistency or ingredients. You put the wand in, hit start, and it's done. That's all. Yet it got screwed up 3 times, the girl behind the counter tried washing a paper cup in the sink to reuse (health code violation), and when I gave up after the 3rd attempt (she put espresso in it for the 2nd time) and asked for a refund, I waited another 5 minutes for my money. The best part? On attempt #2, she says "you know there's steamed milk in this, right?" JFC FFS

Thanks so much - I just ordered an americano, black, and stood around staring at my phone…then a kind voice said “your drink is ready” and the nicest person smiled and handed me my coffee with a cute note on the lid. Dear lovely Starbucks worker: you totally made my day!

I ordered a flat white to be put in my Yeti. I thought I saw the barista pour the milk directly into my mug from the carton without frothing it but thought I must be mistaken because thats not how a flat white is made. Shortly after he gives me my mug. Hop in my car and leave take a sip and its as cold as milk from a fridge no froth just espresso and milk. Not impressed. I'm going to find a local place to get my coffees where they acually care about making a good drink.
