They don’t know how to make drinks out of the menu so probably didn’t get any proper training. I ordered here multiple times and same results, takes 30mins for a drink. the baristas don’t make drinks first come first serve, they pick out the easy drinks and just leave the harder ones on the side, they won’t make it until you ask about your order.

Waiting for coffee without line for 20-30 minutes is unacceptable. They just forget your order and serve other people in front of you
Why do I have to wait for half an hour when someone else get their coffee in couple minutes
Staff slowly walking around, just collecting more and more cups before actually doing coffee
Staff doesn’t know what syrups you have, and you’re ran out of mostly everything that’s on the shelves, just put a sign for it
I don’t wanna stay in line only then to find out you don’t have it

Awful, Incompetently managed, chaotic location. Make sure you always get a paper receipt, for there are chances your order will be missed, and you will get nothing for the overpriced stuff you paid for, and will not be able to refund it either. "Ask me how I know."

AWFUL starbucks. they open at 8 but if you show up at 845 they say they’re closed! All the time they do this, they also never have any ice which is annoying, and the people are always sooo rude to everyone.

Awful. If you want to get a drink and run it’s ok, or we’ll it, it’s not cause you’ll wait 30 minutes. But you can’t sit here with it unless you like feeling like you’re in a loud high school cafeteria again.

It seems that most orders are for mixed or blended drinks that take considerable time to make. So, for anyone wanting a coffee, you’ll wait a very long time.

I wish they had one line for coffee orders. I just want a coffee.

What’s up with cream, Starbucks? I just want to put in my own damn cream! The service here is slow enough - let them speed up by letting us add our own cream and sugar. They always get it wrong anyway.

Quite possibly the worst starbucks ive ever been to. The slowest customer service, understaffed. Makes drinks wrong. I stood in like for upwards of 25 min.

I went to get a drink and while preparing what I thought was my drink, the workers were joking that they should never listen to the barista making my drink because he always comprises it.He then told me that he didn't have what I need to make my drink (after I already paid) and asked if I would be ok with an alternative. He then gave me the "alternative" which tasted really disgusting. It was a big waste of time and money. I should have asked for a refund, but in lue of that, I suggest that others have more confidence than me, to call a bad beverage out or just not waste your money.

Every time I’ve ordered from here my drink is made differently or tastes wrong. Now they apparently charge 1$ for light ice for all iced drinks. I am not paying 7.22 CAD for a mediocre medium iced latte with light ice.

Came on Saturday when it first opened, asked for a blond roast and said they aren't brewing. So I asked if they could do a pour over, just flat out told me no. What gives? I always ask for a pour over when they stop serving blond, I have NEVER been refused once at any Starbucks. Bad staff, should look into it.
