Long wait always understaffed
Best place amazing staff
Everyone is always so friendly! They ask you how you are doing and greet you with a smile. It is rare you get treated like this at most drive throughs. However, this location always excels with customer service and kindness.
My partner and I unfortunately experienced extreme homophobia and hate speech while near this location, but the staff here turned what could have been an awful night into a moment of kindness. They were incredibly caring, checking in with us to make sure we felt safe and comfortable, and even offered to remove the people who were harassing us. On top of that, they surprised us with a few complimentary snacks and a sweet note on the bag that read, “Ignore the haters.” It truly meant so much. Huge shoutout to Diego and Hollie you were the absolute best!

might just say, I was served by Jean the lovely barista with pink hair. She was absolutely fabulous greeted me with a smile made the best caramel macchiato I’ve ever tasted. I hope everyone gets to have a brief experience the way that I did with Jean.

Picked up an order for my wife “lime coconut drink”. But there’s no coconut beverage in coconut drink. I’m not a pro in Starbucks menu. Where is coconut in this drink ? Right , it’s just water, lime and ice.

Disappointed in the Consistency and Quality at Corydon Location
As someone who drinks Starbucks regularly and truly looks forward to my drinks, I feel compelled to leave this review. Unfortunately, the Corydon location has consistently let me down.
Every time I visit, I request light ice—and now even very light ice—because I know this location tends to overpack their drinks with ice. Despite this, the staff continually tries to change my mind, and I still end up receiving a drink loaded with ice, making it noticeably smaller than what I paid for. It’s not a one-time thing—it happens every single visit.
What’s worse is that this behavior feels intentional and systemic, as if staff are trained to reduce ingredients by overfilling cups with ice, likely to save costs. If this is part of a management-driven upsell tactic, it’s incredibly disappointing and not in line with the Starbucks quality I experience at other locations.
No other Starbucks does this—only this one. And I’m honestly done. I will not be returning to the Corydon location. Customers deserve the drink they actually ordered, not a watered-down version designed to cut corners.
I hope others speak up too, because this is not acceptable.

Charged me up the bung hole for warm 2% milk, when I actually ordered a grande cafe latte. Where’s the expresso at? Cus it ain’t in my drink atm 🤔
