This location is one of the best!
The staff are always friendly, welcoming, and attentive, creating such a positive and relaxing atmosphere. It’s a wonderful place to sit, enjoy your drink, and take in the aroma of freshly brewed coffee.

The lady with the accent at the drive-through is especially kind and genuine — she always greets you with a smile and somehow makes your day feel better. You can really tell that the people here care about their customers.

Starbucks' coffee is wildly overpriced for the quality. It’s indistinguishable from gas station brews - burnt, acidic, and barely drinkable without drowning it in a third cup of milk and five sugars. Their machines taste like they haven’t been cleaned in ages. Save your money and go elsewhere.

Online it mentioned store closes at 9pm i went there 8:40pm and the barista told me they are closed. They should fix their hours then.

I love going to this starbucks as they serve one of my favorite drinks Iced Matcha!
I went into this location to get my usual iced matcha and I was disappointed with the product the drink wasn't properly mixed as there was globs of matcha powered floating on the top of my beverage I thought it might be fine so I drank it and it was super bitter as I drank the powered chunks... I will still be going back to starbucks for my matcha drinks buts please mix them 😭

I always order the Iced Strawberry Oat Matcha Latte with almond milk, and for some reason, they never shake it enough so the Matcha is always separated at the bottom. I end up having to take the lid off and stirring it with a reusable straw I keep in my car. It's super annoying.

Wheelchair accessibility: Pretty hard to get up the sidewalk fr the parking lot. The access button was broken when I went there.

Extremely low priority on the in-store experience. No line up but still waited a long time to be acknowledged standing at the register - ordered a simple brewed coffee with one milk and one sugar. Several cars in the drive through were served before my order was entered. 10 minutes later and still waiting for my coffee. Again, many many vehicles being processed and given their order. Had to go up to the counter to follow up on my order. Never been told to go have a seat for a brewed coffee. Every other store just pours it as it takes 2 minutes.

If you're getting Starbucks, you're not just going to McDonald's or Tim's for coffee. Starbucks is much better. But it's also more expensive and it's also a commitment to wait for it. That being said, it's usually worth the wait for those of us that love Starbucks. I go to Starbucks every chance I can. Unfortunately this is the first time that it wasn't worth the extra money or worth the extra wait. It was like drinking warm milk and water. Pretty flavorless. Both my drink and my wife's. Caramel macchiato and apple oat latte. Wasn't even just sugary. There was literally very little of any kind of flavor. Disappointing. I mean things happen. Everybody screws up but at the end of the day, if your business model requires your customers to pay more and wait longer than your competition, you kind of have to nail it every time. This time they didn't. Maybe next time.
