I placed a pickup order on a Wednesday morning at 9:05, it took them 25 mins to make it and served everyone in line before making it, my drink was last even though I placed my order 10 mins before I even got there. On top of that she made the drink wrong and had to remake it, all while I’m waiting to go to work hoping I won’t be late, and when she re made it she still put no syrup in the hazelnut shaken espresso, so it’s essentially espresso with milk and I paid $9.75 for.

I usually go to this place often but this time it was totally different. The lady on customer service she was so rude and unprofessional. We were in the line but she was serving white girl over us even though she was apologizing us about the mistake. But Anna she speak to us very rudly as well loud and we all felt she was a racist.

I went to the Starbucks at Polo Park to enjoy some refreshers on a hot day. The service was normal, and the atmosphere was just okay. I can’t really complain, but it wasn’t anything special.

Went today for birthday drink. The girl who took my order was friendly but seems like she ordered my drink slightly wrong, the bar girl made my drink incorrect according to the label says but when I pointed that out, the bar girl dumped the wrong drink immediately without arguing or asking and remade the drink, however you can feel and see the bar girl was very impatient and not very friendly when she had to remake the drink.
I get the staff are busy and grumpy because of this, but this is not customers fault and I pointed out very nicely and even told her that I know you’re busy and I do appreciate it. But the attitude I received back is definitely nice, and it’s one of the reason make me not coming back for this location.

Received a mobile order of full ice while ordered no ice. I let them know. They remade it with very impatient and rude attitude as if it was customers' fault to order no ice drinks.
No apology. No thank you. The new drink was nearly thrown on the counter.
I also work in F&B. I understand how it could be on busy days. But this is definite not customers' fault. Those customer service isn't tolerant under any circumstances.
Will never come back ?
