I received such exceptional service that I felt compelled to write a review. I came in to buy 3lbs of coffee and have it ground. The Barista (Athena) was fantastic, she offered up a bag even before I even asked. When she finished grinding the beans, she wiped down each bag of coffee (excellent touch and attention to detail).
Excellent service that left an impression, and compelled me to write this review. That's the difference between good service and memorable service. Thank you!

I write this in contrast to a recent experience I received for the same product at the Taylor location. There I wasn't offered a bag, was just handed the 3 lbs of coffee, had to wait almost 2 minutes to get their attention for a paper bag, that was just handed to me to bag.

I go to starbucks everyday and I travel all over canada for work. This is the worst one I have been too, the coffees were completely wrong, the lime coconut refresher the lime on top was so old it was a nasty brown color not even close to green. I would never recommend this starbucks.

Food is average & drinks & food a bit too pricey. Restaurant a bit too dark. Staff is good. Sometimes the wait for drinks is a bit too long.

I have yet to get a correct order the first time here unfortunately, but the correct drinks are good once you get them.

Leaving a review because the latest time I was charged for extra cold foam I did not want without consenting to it. I was told it had "already went through and nothing could be done."

I’m not someone to write a negative review but this is so bad it’s humours. Ordered some espresso beans through this location on a delivery service, however I suppose they were out of this particular item. SO instead of canceling the order through the designated tablet OR reaching out to the support team they got a delivery driver to drop off an EMPTY paper bag at my door with a note saying ‘out of item please contact your delivery service’.

This is not my job to contact, I’m assuming the staff did not want to do their due diligence & contact them on the customers behalf so instead I spent 45 minutes dealing with them (they couldn’t understand why I was delivered no item). There’s literally a button to notify the customer you are out of the item and a button to cancel the order altogether ??. I paid $30 for an empty bag lmao.

You could have at least left me a cute pun saying ‘“We espresso our sincere apologies” ?. I’ve never seen anything like this and I’ve worked in the service industry for years.

These guys are awesome! The service is great, and they're always so quick with my orders. Even when they're overwhelmed they manage to keep smiles on their faces. I just witnessed one girl, Maggie, handled an entire line up on her own, and still managed to keep a smile on her face. I definitely recommend this location.

Wow the staff here have their work cut out for them. It’s busy with in person orders and online and delivery. Plus they have to put peoples cream and sugar in their drinks?I want to put my own cream and sugar in my drinks, personally. It would also ease some of the burden on the staff. Now that staff are expected to do more - adding cream and sugar - I wonder if they’re expected to work as fast as before this? Or did they add more staff to accommodate this increase of labour?Seeing businesses like this that allow their staff to hustle like this, makes me not want to support them. It’s not sustainable to work so hard.Please help your staff and get more staff or reduce their workload, Starbucks.?
