Anytime I come here, I get good service and my drinks are made in a timely manner. The only time that I've been somewhat disappointed was when they ran out of the ingredients to make my Strawberries and Creme Frappuccino and I had to get something else as a substitute.
I had a very disrespectful experience. I had ordered a 8 espresso vente with ice and a grande oat latte today at 11:45 am. When i got my drink it was only espresso and no ice so i was saying that I ordered with ice, the barista ( blonde hair with a braid) making the drinks said “you should ordered before” assuming that I ordered a hot espresso with the derisive tone and was now trying to make a change on the fly. The cashier who took my order then apologized for typing the order in wrong not sure apologized to who costumer or the barista. but the barista making my drink and didn’t say anything of it or never apologized to me. I felt very disrespected

Every time I go there I ask for the “Ham and Egg on the everything croissant” (the sandwich) but EVERY TIME they either don’t know what im talking about and I have to explain to 10 different workers or they just decide to give me a tiny little croissant with ham and the stinkiest cheese I’ve ever smelled inside of it! I eat it anyway but the cheese must be old or something cuz the smell makes me throw up. Please learn your menu items because this has happened every single time I’ve went!!!

This is by far my favorite starbucks location in the city, their drinks are the most consistent, drive thru is always so fast, and the WORKERS are the best! They’re all so sweet and accommodating, the best customer service i’ve received at a starbucks, i have never had a disappointed visit at this location, and i come here a lot. The interior is always so clean, and i don’t know i gotta mention the workers again, love how they all have an uplifting joyful energy, and the energy spreads! Great team, they deserve a raise.
