The staff is excellent and the coffee was very delicious. The only turn off was very minimal personal kind of space. I met my client here and seating spots were limited where we could discuss confidential business. Parking is plenty. No issues there. Overall a very good experience. Hopefully this review helps you. Today I went to Starbucks to get coffee for my friend. The store was not very crowded, but there was a serious staff shortage. The staff was mainly focused on drive-through customers, while in-store customers were made to wait for a very long time. in store just 3-4 customers. I had to wait at least 20 minutes, which is not acceptable when there isn’t even heavy crowd inside. Starbucks should ensure there is adequate staff so both drive-through and in-store customers are treated fairly. Overall, it was a bad experience, and I would not recommend this location due to the long waiting time.

I had a very disappointing experience. I ordered a coffee during a promotion that was supposed to include a red cup, but the store told me they were “out” only after I had already placed my order. When I contacted customer support, they repeated “we’re sorry” many times but didn’t offer any real solution—just suggested I drive around Winnipeg and check every Starbucks location myself to see if any cups were still available.
This felt unprofessional and frustrating. It seems like the promotion was not managed properly, and customers are left to deal with the inconvenience. After this experience, I have no desire to buy coffee from them anymore.

Placed a online order for driver thru at 3:40 and it told me to come at 3:53, i pulled up to the window at that time but they said order not ready and i had to wait for a additional 10 minutes in front of starbucks for one single drink. It was absolutely ridiculous
I like this Starbucks for convenience, and their patio is nice, but they can never get my name right.

So disappointed in the staff at this location for letting my dad stand there for 13 minutes (not knowing the drinks were ready and sitting) not one person acknowledged him . Many other locations including the one on st.anne actually try and converse and help. Seriously disappointed.
