So disappointed in the staff at this location for letting my dad stand there for 13 minutes (not knowing the drinks were ready and sitting) not one person acknowledged him . Many other locations including the one on st.anne actually try and converse and help. Seriously disappointed.

Recently discovered this location a couple of months ago and it’s my new go to! I’m here almost every day. You can tell the staff really gets to know their customers, and makes everyone feel welcome . The atmosphere in here is great!

I was deeply disturbed by an interaction I saw in between a customer and a worker at this location on August 28, 2025. I can see here that they left a 1 star review so I’m posting this to counteract his scathing (and crazy) review. I’ll let you find out yourself who it might be.
Anyways, It’s a shame that people think that they can yell at people literally working at a Starbucks.
I witnessed a customer today yelling profanities and having tantrum, like a big baby on the patio. I appreciated that the staff here stood up for themselves and didn’t let a man baby bully them. I hope that the largely insecure man (who, by the way did this in front of his children - they looked pretty mortified) looks into the mirror when he gets home and feels nothing but embarrassment and shame for his behavior. Apparently he feels embarrassed anyways, rightfully so.
5 stars for the staff/ 1 big diaper for the man baby I saw having a tantrum on the patio.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Absolutely disgusting service at the Regent/Plessis Starbucks. A staff member named Andrea (Filipino) humiliated my family in front of other customers, including my CHILDREN. The way she spoke to us was rude, condescending, and completely unacceptable. We left embarrassed and furious.
Starbucks should be ashamed to have someone like this representing their brand. If this is the kind of treatment customers can expect here, then this location deserves to be avoided at all costs. I will never set foot in this store again and will make sure others know about this horrible experience.

The staff were amazing!! Me and my friend went to get two Venti pink drinks and on the way back to our house we spelt both of them by accident so we went back to purchase more, but the employee that took our orders said” Oh no worries we’ll just remake them. You don’t have to pay.” And I was absolutely shocked by her kindness totally recommend this Starbucks. The staff are probably the best in the city!!! And the drinks were absolutely delicious!! 100% recommended!

The last few times I’ve been here the lady insists that I lead the conversation. All she says is good morning on the speaker, nothing else. Am I supposed to say what I want, should I grab a mic and do the order taking myself? Customer service…. Lol. Drinks are fine but the service is just weird. They also always seem super unhappy when I tell them I placed a mobile order.

Anytime I come here, I get good service and my drinks are made in a timely manner. The only time that I've been somewhat disappointed was when they ran out of the ingredients to make my Strawberries and Creme Frappuccino and I had to get something else as a substitute.
