I had a very disappointing experience. I ordered a coffee during a promotion that was supposed to include a red cup, but the store told me they were “out” only after I had already placed my order. When I contacted customer support, they repeated “we’re sorry” many times but didn’t offer any real solution—just suggested I drive around Winnipeg and check every Starbucks location myself to see if any cups were still available.
This felt unprofessional and frustrating. It seems like the promotion was not managed properly, and customers are left to deal with the inconvenience. After this experience, I have no desire to buy coffee from them anymore.

I can say with absolute certainty that this location is not only the best Starbucks I've found, but also the most consistent. The staff have always been wonderful, and it's clear the leadership or management at this location have a positive impact. Thank you for the little details, they matter and we appreciate you!

Placed a online order for driver thru at 3:40 and it told me to come at 3:53, i pulled up to the window at that time but they said order not ready and i had to wait for a additional 10 minutes in front of starbucks for one single drink. It was absolutely ridiculous

So disappointed in the staff at this location for letting my dad stand there for 13 minutes (not knowing the drinks were ready and sitting) not one person acknowledged him . Many other locations including the one on st.anne actually try and converse and help. Seriously disappointed.
Recently discovered this location a couple of months ago and it’s my new go to! I’m here almost every day. You can tell the staff really gets to know their customers, and makes everyone feel welcome . The atmosphere in here is great!

I was deeply disturbed by an interaction I saw in between a customer and a worker at this location on August 28, 2025. I can see here that they left a 1 star review so I’m posting this to counteract his scathing (and crazy) review. I’ll let you find out yourself who it might be.
Anyways, It’s a shame that people think that they can yell at people literally working at a Starbucks.
I witnessed a customer today yelling profanities and having tantrum, like a big baby on the patio. I appreciated that the staff here stood up for themselves and didn’t let a man baby bully them. I hope that the largely insecure man (who, by the way did this in front of his children - they looked pretty mortified) looks into the mirror when he gets home and feels nothing but embarrassment and shame for his behavior. Apparently he feels embarrassed anyways, rightfully so.
5 stars for the staff/ 1 big diaper for the man baby I saw having a tantrum on the patio.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Absolutely disgusting service at the Regent/Plessis Starbucks. A staff member named Andrea (Filipino) humiliated my family in front of other customers, including my CHILDREN. The way she spoke to us was rude, condescending, and completely unacceptable. We left embarrassed and furious.
Starbucks should be ashamed to have someone like this representing their brand. If this is the kind of treatment customers can expect here, then this location deserves to be avoided at all costs. I will never set foot in this store again and will make sure others know about this horrible experience.
