Definitely the worst Starbucks in town. The service was terrible; I’ll never order from Angelica again if I don’t want my day ruined. The staff are poorly trained; the younger ones always look confused and can’t even make the drinks properly. I’ve even seen them use plastic cups to pull espresso shots directly, which completely violates company beverage preparation standards. The district manager should really take a look at how this team here is ruining the brand’s image.

Worst service. It’s not Starbucks they don’t know how to make drinks. They don't accept the stars from the app.
Got coffee

Just got 2 coffee’s, there was no rush at all. Ordered a cold and hot coffee, the girl preparing the coffee was so rude and when asked for less ice, she took everything out in rage and frustration and gave me the worst coffee though I paid extra for strawberry foam. There was hardly any ice left in the cup. If you don’t feel like working please do not come, it was a simple request, ruined whole day off
Coffee was terrible. I askedfor a large1 sugar 1 cream blond coffee. It was very bitter and the price was ridiculous 7 dollars for that horrible coffee. And the price for food that they don't even make themselves it's frozen then heated in a microwave. Garbage. All of it was garbage.
Friendly staff! My orders are always perfect, and if it’s not they are very accommodating!

Nicole is an absolute gem at this Starbucks!
Even during the busiest rush, she stays friendly, calm, and helpful. What really impressed me is how she remembered our order without us even saying a word — that personal touch made our day. It’s clear she cares about customers and goes above and beyond. Thanks, Nicole, for making every visit such a great experience!

Great customer service by Angelica L. Polite and professional despite the lineups.
Manager Ana Liza is a gem! Served me and was so pleasant and kind and efficient. Don't let that one go!

This Starbucks is located within the save on foods on mcphillips. The coffee shop is fairly busy, the staff is friendly and there is a spacious seating area adjacent to the Starbucks. The seating area also happens to be adjacent to the save on foods deli as well so it’s the perfect place to have a coffee and something from the deli.
Coffee was great and the worker was hard working. But felt bad for the worker..extremely shameful to see working by herself..waited 25 min in line ans she was the only one working non stop. Shameful for franchise and owner to exploit worker. If it isnt profitable to run with enough employees shut down this god damn place but am always against such exploitation. Shameful
Very friendly baristas & my drinks were made perfectly!
I asked for non dairy cold foam but forgot to ask for nondairy milk & the barista caught that & asked if I’d like to correct it. This was over & above what she needed to do, but she sure saved me a stomach ache!!
I didn't enjoy the atmosphere which was a grocery store but the service and drink that was served was definitely a 5/5 for me, I would gladly come back and place the same order, the barista who made my iced shaken espresso definitely knew what they were doing. This was my third time ordering the drink I just mentioned and this time was just right and perfect, there wasn't too much espresso and mixed ingredients, a little too much ice which was fine with me, overall, I would recommend coming to this establishment if you ever get the chance. Did not get the name of the person who made my drink but would recommend them personally.
I do not envy those who work here. They are hard workers, but are being made to work far beyond what they are being paid, especially with how understaffed they are during busy and closing hours.
9 times out of 10, you will be waiting a half hour for a drink. Shows just how much the higher ups care about their workers and customers.
