Starbucks at Outlet Collection Winnipeg is always a reliable place for a quick break during shopping. The location is clean, well-organized, and has a nice vibe even when the mall is busy. The staff here are friendly, polite, and usually pretty quick with orders. They greet you with a smile and make sure your drink is exactly how you want it.
My drink was made perfectly — rich flavour, good temperature, and consistent every time I visit. Their bakery items and snacks are also fresh, which is great when you need something small to keep your energy up while shopping.
The seating area is comfortable and kept tidy. Even though there’s a crowd at times, the line moves smoothly. The only thing that could make it even better is slightly faster service during peak hours, but overall they handle rush times really well.
A great place to chill, grab a coffee, or take a short break while shopping in the mall. Definitely one of the best spots inside Outlet Collections.

I’ve never written a review like this before, but I left this Starbucks today completely heartbroken. I came in with my tiny 2 kg dog — she was in my arms, quiet and calm, not touching the floor or anyone around. I only wanted to quickly grab a coffee and leave. I always go out like this, and I’ve never had any problems before.
But today, they refused to serve me. They told me I couldn’t come in with my dog — even though she was in my arms — and they said it in such a rude and cold way that I honestly froze. I explained that I’m pregnant and just needed to take a minute to get my drink and go, but they didn’t care.
I walked out holding back tears, and when I got outside, I couldn’t stop crying. It’s shocking and so disappointing that such a big, supposedly welcoming brand would treat someone like that. I’ll never forget how humiliated and hurt I felt in that moment.

A special shoutout to Jess, who’s usually at the cashier. Her bright smile and upbeat energy during the busiest hours truly stand out. Jess, you’re the sunshine of the Outlet Mall in Winnipeg!

Starbucks, the one inside the outlet collection mall, gives amazing service. Specifically I always try to go over every weekend when that always smiling girl (Jess) taking the counter orders. With her big smile, she sprinkles the positivity around, no matter how much crowded the place is. We really need these type to people more to keep the workplace alive 😊👍

Absolutely terrible!!! Every single time I come here it’s the same story,20 minutes (or more) just to get a simple order. What’s the point of Starbucks being “fast” if you waste half your break waiting around? Management seriously needs to get it together.

Even with only two hard working ladies on shift, they managed to bring excellent service and greet customers with smiles. Store needs more staffing seems they’re overworking their employees. Great coffee please treat staff better. They performed excellent.

When ever we go to the outlet mall this is our first stop. The staff are very nice, and makes sure your order is out in a timely fashion. My grandkids always grab a cake pop and a pink drink. Well we go for a hot caramel macchiato. The small take out area is well maintained and alway clean. There is no place to sit inside the cafe but plenty of room right beside it in the outlet mall food court.

Every time I come to this Starbucks it is mayhem and the workers are out of it. It takes 10-20 min to get a brewed coffee or prepared drink. Not sure what’s going on as this is not typical for any Starbucks I have been to in the world. Oh well.
