Not the right cold foam

These guys are worse. No sense of talking to customers and they are very lazy. I waited 15 minutes for a single drink. Restaurant is not even busy and they keep talking to each other.
Not recommended at all.

This place needs to revisit ticket times. Management, start by running a GANT report or labour versus sales and time of day report and lock in your busiest times and check the schedule to ensure that you have better coverage during busy hours. Maybe revisit the flow of the operation and better training for the cashier or possibly add another person during busy hours. I was 2nd in line behind a customer with a pour over and it took 25 minutes for an Americano. Everyone was working hard but there is no flow. I was not the only person who felt that the wait was too long. Management needs to step up. I love Starbucks and I hate to see a location that is in my area go down the wrong direction.

Longest/slowest Starbucks I’ve ever been to! No matter if you wait in the drive-thru or inside, expect to wait a good 20-30 minutes each time. I’m not over exaggerating, this is the one closest to where I live so I’ve been here plenty of times. Please try harder for time! I don’t know why it’s like this, but even at the window my husband and I got our drinks and had to wait another 5 minutes to just get a cake pop. I always try to think positive but Tim Hortons is quicker than this place!

Being ex employee at starbucks i know my order and how to make it but the drive thru girl at 3:15 pm on 26 may 2025 which is today keep arguing that she punch in wrong but the girl who made my drink make it right because she is also listening to that… i mean at one point i believe you but then Why u punch in wrong… and how i believe that the barista who made my drink put right syrup.. worst starbucks ever nobody is seriously want to serve to customer …. Full of attitude. And when i ask to remake my drink they literally throw attitude and behaved badly… like bro i am spending 10 dollars plus on my drink like for one drink and u making faces just because u the one who made the wrong drink… hell no i m customer and want value for my money!!!! I hope their manager saw this and teach their employees!!!

I recently visited a Starbucks and had a great experience. The staff was friendly and efficient, quickly taking my order and preparing my drink just the way I like it. I had a classic latte, and it was perfectly made—smooth, creamy, and just the right temperature. The store was clean and comfortable, with a cozy atmosphere that made it a nice place to relax or get some work done. Overall, I had a pleasant visit and would definitely return for my next coffee fix!

Rose was working yesterday when i went the location with full excitement becz it was my brday . I asked here about free drink she just refused and said you must be reward member but i was not aware about this then I requested her to give drink and i make sure from next time about reward member or if she wants i can do that right in front of her but she just refused i felt very bad on my brday . Never ever treat anyone on their brday like this .

Usually love coming to this location. Always friendly people at the window. This morning however, I had pulled up to the window and given my coffee. I then asked if they had poppies yet since last year I was able to get one through the drive thru. I was told I would have to come inside for it, which would have been okay but I mentioned I had gotten one this way the last time. The lady at the window was not happy, rolled her eyes at me then went to grab it. She came back and handed me one, I gave her the donation and said "thank you", then she turned, without a word, rolling her eyes again. I could see she was very frustrated. Super disappointed in this, as I have never had such a negative experience here before, but hopefully she was just having a bad day.

Not a shot at this location, but for crying out loud if Starbucks is going to make frappucinos with cookie and other crumbles in them, at least give me a damn straw that can handle that so I don't have to pull it out every other sip, or have my kids pull theirs out to make a damn mess in my truck!
