Hello Winnipeggers do not waste your money at this location. Staff doesn't know what they are doing. I ordered a medium hot coffee and it tasted like it was made last week and not hot enough either.

DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION!!!
I always get the same coffee at other locations, I came to this one for my venti salted caramel cream cold brews are always $6.10 no matter which location I order from, but this location decided to charge me $7.45 for the SAME THING. Not to mention half the drink was filled with cold foam with barely any coffee. AND THE COLD FOAM WASN’T EVEN FROTHED ENOUGH so everything just sank and mixed in right away. Worst coffee worst starbucks I’ve ever gone to 10/10 do NOT recommend.

The employees here have absolutely no clue what they're doing. Multiple times I've waited 10 minutes with 1 person infront of me. They also don't accept point redemption, and never have half their drinks available.

Go to this location very frequently, I order the double chocolate chip frappe and it’s always made perfect. The workers are super friendly and great at their job! Keep it up!!

Today, the Starbucks was very disappointed. I made a mistake in the first cup. When I told her, she was very angry and poured it and made another cup. Then it was completely different from what I drank in other people's shops. It had no flavor, no matcha powder, no cream on it. I'd give it a minus 5 if I could

Employees don't know what they're doing. Waited 15minutes for coffee that was not the one I ordered. It wasn't extra hot anymore because the coffee had been sitting there for several minutes before I got it because the barista prepared the drink for the customers who were behind me.Terrible service, terrible coffee. Never coming back

By and far the worst Starbucks I've ever been to. I honestly feel sorry for the staff, as it is quite clear that the manager is either incompetent or simply doesn't care at all.They're constantly understaffed, they're miserable, they never have supplies, they always ALWAYS "just need to make a new batch" of dark roast and request you wait the 10-15 minutes for it (this is certainly an intentional cost cutting decision from the manager), the list goes on.Guess I'll go elsewhere.
