I am extremely disappointed with this Starbucks. A glass accidentally fell from my hands, and I was forced to pay for it, even though the manager saw it was an accident (i know that insurance pays for it). During the incident, employees spoke in a language I didn’t understand, which was confusing and unacceptable. I will no longer be a customer here.

I ordered venti macha latte with strawberry cold foam for pickup. There was hardly any macha honestly when i drink it, Seems like they made splash of milk with pinch of macha in it. Please do better, there is tim close to you but still people prefer starbuck over it and spend 3 to 4 times more to get better and right coffee.

Terrible customer service and want to charge me more!!! I order a simple cafe espresso , the guy serve me ONE SHOT OF CAFE and HE CHARGED ME FOR ONE ESPRESSO . I asked my money back the Filipino women started arguing with me . I got my money and I walked away to another Starbucks located in Delta hotel so I asked for one shot of cafe I figured out that was the same quantity of cafe and I paid less . I have been working in Hotels for years and I know that they do that to cut expenses. I don't recommend this location , they are taking advantage of peoples , serving less cafe and charging more moneys.

Terrible customer service this morning. They got my order wrong and I didn’t realize it when I was there. It’s cold, rainy and I have to work, so I called to see if they’d at least give me a credit for the 1 incorrect item out of the 3 in my order. 2 were fine. Of course they say come back…that’s not always possible. So, he said he couldn’t do anything and hung up on me…just awful.

I wish I caught her name, but the young lady who served me at the Radisson Starbucks this morning was stellar. We talked about Brett Hart (?!?) and being fans. Just her general demeanour really picked me up. My Americano was perfect and the store is spotless! An astounding way to start a stressful day! Thank you, Wrestling Fan Barista!!!

Starbucks has better coffee. I’ve been getting my coffee there for two years. Even on weekends, I work quietly and I am well welcomed by the staff.

The new guy making disgusting coffee, went their around 7:30am had chai tea latte, no flavour, just plain hot water, last time had pumpkin spice was worst thing I ever had, they should give him proper training before he start making coffe for customers.
