Terrible Starbucks location. They are not knowledgeable about the drink menu here, and they lack communication. Every single time I order a coffee frap here, they add whip cream to it. The person taking my order will literally tell me to my face that it doesn't come with whip and then 10 minus later I'm served one with a heaping amount. To top it off, they will proceed to scoop the whip out and serve me a cup that is 75% filled, how amazing.

The few iced drinks I order are always made correctly even with the customization options. The Frappuccinos and Lattes are unmatched! I do wish the store merchandise was abit cheaper. The cups/bottles on the shelves go from $30 - $40+ which is just ridiculous.

when i went to this location at 1:20pm on the 6th of september i had an incident of false advertising and as i kindly asked for it to be adjusted the workers started laughing at me. The manager on duty was the main source of conflict. extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. i am very hurt by the way the staff treated me.

Sorry to write that since I really love Starbucks drinks BUT this location is the worst starbucks branch. They mess up orders all the time. Even a simple americano order. How can you mess up with an americano order as Starbucks? They burn food. IF these issues were rare, I would not bother write a review, BUT ALL the time! Even I cannot drink my SO BASIC COFFEE with peace. I do not think they train new people well. They even do not know what splash, a little bit, not too much milk means. Come on. They are just messing things and they even do not know how to fix it. They do not know drink names. Only one or two employee there know things well, oo yeah you are lucky if those employees do your order, otherwise welcome to the mess. I wasted so much money there BUT today was the last time. NEVER EVER AGAIN. Avoid this branch. Yes it is in convenient location but not worth it. Try another location and enjoy your drink in peace.

Worst experience for Java Chip. The shake maker poured three drinks in the sink because he was not getting it right. I waited for 15 min and two guys worked to make one coffee

I don't know if it is a COVID issue, lack of staff or what but I have been to this location 3 times and each time received the foulest and most undrinkable coffee ever. Today I got an iced coffee with skim milk - normally simple, never any issues before. It looked like ice coffee, but tasted exclusively like sour sugar milk. Like if I left ice cream on the counter for a few days and tried to drink that. Absolutely disgusting.

I bought peach green tea lemon, and their staff didn't add lemon or very few. I didn't drink it at the store. I didn't realize it until I left. When I came back, I said I didn't want to drink it anymore because I really didn't want to drink it anymore after I had a peach green tea, and when I switched to pink drink, they asked me to pay for it, and I did. Their mistake cost me time.
